These performances were reportedly orchestrated and supervised by Combs while he would masturbate and frequently record them.
The document added that certain prolonged events labeled as ‘Freak Offs’ could persist for several days. During these incidents, both Combs and the affected individuals often needed intravenous fluids to recuperate from the physical strain and substance abuse.
According to Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ attorney, the “Freak Offs” originated from his client’s past tumultuous relationship with R&B artist Cassie, and they were not intended to be forced or coercive in nature.
Investigators have already spoken with over fifty potential witnesses and survivors, and they anticipate this list will expand further.
