The Champions event is now live in FC Mobile 26! It’s a new event that celebrates the greatest seasons from famous football clubs. Like the previous Glorious Eras event, Champions lets you experience these iconic moments, earn Champions Tokens, and collect lots of rewards.
This event will showcase eight different clubs from various points in history, revealing two teams each week over four weeks. The first week highlights Galatasaray’s legendary 1999/2000 season alongside Chelsea’s dominant 2004/2005 campaign, featuring iconic players and special Champions versions of those stars.

How the Champions Event works
In Champions, you advance by finishing chapters dedicated to famous clubs and their past seasons. Each chapter includes both computer-controlled matches (PvE) and skill challenges that are inspired by the club’s memorable campaigns.
As you play matches, you’ll collect Champions Tokens. These tokens unlock event rewards and let you sign new players. Finishing each chapter also gets you a special retro kit inspired by that club’s history.
During the event, new clubs will become available each week, and you’ll also unlock more chapters to play. This gives you more chances to earn Champions Tokens.
Champions Club Chapters
The first week of Champions features Galatasaray and Chelsea, highlighting seasons that defined each club. For Galatasaray, the focus is on their incredible 1999/2000 season, when they won three major titles: the Turkish Super League, the Turkish Cup, and the UEFA Cup – a historic achievement.
The section dedicated to Chelsea focuses on the 2004/2005 season, a year fans remember as the one where José Mourinho led the team to their first Premier League title. That team included iconic players like Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard, Petr Čech, and Ricardo Carvalho.
Champions Tokens and Final Rewards
Champions Tokens are earned by playing matches and advancing through the different stages of the event. Even after finishing all the available matches, you can keep collecting tokens to redeem exclusive rewards when the event ends.
The top prize lets you choose one of several special player Icons with an overall rating of 123. With new clubs being added regularly, it’s smart to hold onto your Tokens and decide when to use them, particularly if you’re hoping to get players from a specific team.
Champions Players, Star Signings, and Retro Kits
The Champions event brings fresh Icons, Heroes, and unique club players representing different historical periods. You can add these players to your team by collecting and spending Star Shards in the Star Signings area.
Champions is designed to be more accessible than past events. You don’t need to spend a huge number of shards to get top players, with good options available for various overall ratings (OVR). This means you can aim for strong 119 and 120 OVR cards without breaking the bank, and still have plenty of shards left over for the very best cards.
The first week will feature top players like Didier Drogba, Petr Čech, Wesley Sneijder, and Victor Osimhen, along with other players connected to Galatasaray and Chelsea.
You can also personalize your team’s look! Completing each club’s storyline unlocks a retro kit, letting you dress your squad in classic designs from famous football seasons. These kits are perfect if you like creating teams based on specific clubs or historical lineups.
Star Pass and additional rewards
The Champions Star Pass lets you earn Gianluigi Buffon as your main reward! You can unlock him at Level 35 – he’s a powerful Gold Ranked goalkeeper with an overall rating of 125. Besides Buffon, the pass offers even more rewards through both its free and Premium tracks.
You can also get more resources by completing Challenge Mode, Daily Challenges, competing in the Weekend Cup, and finishing Champions Quests.
Challenge Mode lets you earn rewards like Gems, Rank Up Points, and Coins. Champions Quests reward you for participating in events – things like winning games, getting new players, collecting Champions Tokens, and playing Division Rivals matches.
As a big fan, I’m really excited about the Champions event! They’re adding a special League Limited Exchange where you can get a super strong 119 OVR Lizarazu card if you have 40,000 League Tokens. It sounds like a great way to boost my team!
