As a dedicated player of FC Mobile with years under my belt, I must say that the latest mid-season update has truly brought a fresh breath of excitement to the game! The introduction of Universal Tokens is a game-changer, offering an unprecedented level of versatility and flexibility in our gaming experience.

In their mid-season update, EA has added a fresh in-game currency called “Universal Tokens” to FC Mobile. Previously earned Competitive Points from Division Rivals (VSA and H2H matches) will now be replaced by these Universal Tokens. What’s exciting is that you can also earn these tokens by participating in Skill Games and Matches from the new event, Icon Chronicles! This addition brings an additional layer of flexibility as the tokens can be earned not only through regular gameplay but also from specific events.

In any game, currency plays a crucial role in moving ahead, and that’s no different with FC Mobile. The primary in-game currencies here are Coins, Gems, Silver, and FC Points. While you can obtain Coins and Gems simply by playing the game, Silver and FC Points are considered premium currencies, which means they cannot be acquired through gameplay alone. On a distinct note, Universal Tokens have their own unique methods of acquisition. Here’s how to earn Universal Tokens in FC Mobile!

Starting this week’s game reset, I’ll start earning Universal Tokens instead of Competitive Points from Division Rivals. These tokens can be used not only for my Division Rivals rewards but also exchanged for Event Currencies!

What is Universal Tokens in FC Mobile

In FC Mobile, a fresh type of currency called Universal Tokens has been introduced. As their name implies, these tokens appear as Universal Tokens that you can accumulate by participating in Division Rivals matches and the ongoing Icon Chronicles event. Later on, you can use them to trade for event currencies in any future events.

In the future, you’ll be accumulating a flexible token called Universal Tokens, which can be traded for any other Campaign tokens. You can acquire these Universal Tokens by participating in skill games and matches within Icon Chronicles and Division Rivals. Later on, you can use these Universal Tokens to claim rewards from Division Rivals and Event Progress Currencies. Instead of earning Competitive Points, you’ll now be getting Universal Tokens. Furthermore, any remaining Competitive Points can be swapped for Universal Tokens.

As explained by EA, Universal Tokens are designed to offer more freedom in interacting with events and earning rewards from those events. This means that if you primarily play Division Rivals, you can still savor the game without having to grind through events, as you’ll still receive the same currency, ensuring you don’t lag behind!

How to get Universal Tokens in FC Mobile

As stated before, primarily there are two ways to get Universal Tokens in FC Mobile.

1. Grinding Division Rivals

Because Universal Tokens are generally taking over as the alternative currency instead of Competitive Points, the primary method to earn Universal Tokens is by participating in Division Rivalry matches. Just like with Competitive Points, the quantity of Universal Tokens you receive from winning, drawing, or losing a Division Rivalry match depends on your rank.

In summary, the higher your rank in Division Rivals, the more Universal Tokens you’ll accumulate by participating in matches. If you’re aiming to gather some Universal Tokens swiftly, competing in Division Rival games can be highly beneficial. At the end of each season, you’ll receive a certain number of these tokens based on your rank for that specific period.

By assembling an optimal team, focus on enhancing your performance in the VSA, H2H, and Manager mode gameplays, and let loose with ferocity on these aspects.
