Facilities: Facilities are important for improving your club. Upgrading them can increase revenue, improve scouting, and help with player development.

Cash: Cash is your club’s main currency. You will use it for signing players, paying wages, upgrading facilities, and managing other club expenses
Gold: Gold is the premium currency in the game. It can be used to buy cash or unlock certain features faster. You can also use gold to sign premium players in the market.
Boosts: Boosts help improve your players’ performance during matches. You can click on a player and boost any of the following: Condition, Morale, Suspension, and Injured. They come in two variants: Minor and Major, indicated by Blue and Pink, respectively.

It’s best to avoid spending your Gold – the game’s most valuable currency – on big-name players at the beginning.

2. Keep an eye on player fitness

It’s important to quickly focus on your players’ fitness and rotate your squad. Matches happen often, and you can’t skip them, so your players will get tired over time. Playing the same players in every game will make their performance decrease. Use fitness boosts as soon as they drop to around 60%, and regularly substitute players to keep everyone fresh.

3. Use scouting to find players with high potential

Scouting allows you to find promising players who might not be highly rated yet. As you improve your scouting network, you’ll be able to filter for top-tier players and quickly identify those with the most potential.

4. Keep track of objectives for faster progress

I highly recommend focusing on the game’s objectives. These include daily tasks, one-time achievements, and seasonal challenges. The daily objectives are particularly helpful, so be sure to check them each time you play and try to complete them before you finish your session.

5. Choose your facility upgrades wisely

Okay, so one thing I quickly figured out in FC Manager 26 is that upgrading your facilities takes a full 24 hours each, and you can only work on one at a time. That means you really need to think about what upgrades are most important and plan them out carefully, because you can’t just do them all at once!

I’ve found that focusing on scouting first is usually the most effective strategy. Good scouting helps you find talented players and get accurate reports on them.
