FaZe Rug, a well-known streamer, had an incredibly lucky moment on his recent stream when he opened a pack and pulled three highly valuable Charizard EX cards.
FaZe Rug, a well-known streamer and content creator, recently streamed a Pokémon card unboxing with Lacy. During the stream, Rug incredibly pulled three Charizard cards back-to-back – a very rare feat!
FaZe Rug pulls 3 Charizards in a row. Why is this crazy?
For those who collect Pokémon trading cards, Charizard is famously rare and highly sought after. It’s widely considered the most valuable Pokémon card to trade or sell, with even ungraded cards fetching high prices.
So, FaZe Rug pulling three in a row is almost impossible.
While opening packs of the new Pokémon Scarlet and Violet set, a collector named Rug amazingly pulled three Charizard EX cards consecutively. A single, perfectly graded (PSA 10) version of any one of these cards could sell for more than $1,000 on eBay.

This particular card is rare, appearing in about 0.44% of packs, or roughly 1 out of every 227 opened. Finding it three times in a row is incredibly unlikely, which explains the streamer’s strong reaction.
So, is this fake? Or did FaZe Rug actually pull Charizard EX three times in a row?
Is this a staged pull? Or did Charizard EX really get pulled 3 times in a row?
The main concern is whether this amazing pull is genuine or a setup. A lot of people on Twitter are commenting that it seems fake, or at least they’re doubtful. It’s incredibly rare to pull three Charizards consecutively, and streamers have faked events like this before to create interesting content.
Pulling off a setup like this would be really hard, requiring the packs to be resealed flawlessly. While creators have done similar things before, the fact that it happened right at the start of the stream makes it seem suspicious.
It’s great to think FaZe Rug actually pulled three Charizard EX cards in a row, but we might never find out if it really happened.
What is a demi-god pack?
During his live stream, FaZe Rug mentioned a “demi-god pack,” which sparked curiosity among viewers. Essentially, it’s a special pack of cards containing multiple rare cards – unlike regular packs that usually have only one, or sometimes none at all.
