It’s far more advantageous to exercise for 20-30 minutes each day rather than dedicating an hour or so only once or twice a week, as she shared with Daily Mail Australia regarding her workout habits.
In my daily routine, which involves balancing work and family life, I discovered that dedicating around 20 minutes a day to physical activities helps maintain my body in optimal shape and ensures it functions effectively.


In terms of additional health, nutrition, and well-being practices, Pip has openly expressed her fondness for plant-based diets.
‘I’m all about a vegetarian diet, bordering on vegan,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.
On weekdays, a common dinner for many includes roasted veggies, fresh greens, and a comforting bowl of soup, whereas on less hurried days, she prefers indulging in tacos.
During the week, a typical meal consists of roast vegetables, salad, and soup, but when life slows down, she favors enjoying tacos.
Pip also previously told Women’s Health that she loves eggs despite being nearly vegan.
She mentioned to the magazine that she always carries eggs and Tabasco sauce in her handbag. She finds this to be a fast, nutritious option for a snack that helps curb her hunger as well.
On an average day, she starts off with boiled eggs accompanied by Tabasco sauce and a low-fat mocha for breakfast. Lunch consists of either soup or a salad, along with another cup of coffee.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’d recommend swapping your afternoons with a crunchy trail mix or an energizing combo of crackers topped with a smear of Vegemite and a dollop of creamy cottage cheese – a delightful treat for those between-meal moments!
Dinner is typically chicken with vegetables or bolognese or something else ‘hearty’.
If I find myself munching late at night, my choices often include licorice tea, cashews paired with dates, or yogurt mixed with cashews. However, if I have an intense sweet tooth, I might indulge in a large amount of Darrell Lea’s licorice!
Pip also swears by acupuncture, weekly saunas and a swim a week at Bondi Icebergs when it is open.
