The Mole Man and Giganto

Paul Walter Hauser portrays Mole Man, first appearing in Fantastic Four #1. Known for his distinctive blue eyewear, this character lives underground, which necessitates their use. In a series of quick scenes, the team confronts Giganto, a colossal green creature from Monster Isle – an adversary historically associated with Mole Man in the comics, during their battle.

WHIH and The Future Foundation

WHIH News, a regular news network in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, makes appearances throughout the movie. The Fantastic Four set up the Future Foundation, an organization focused on science that operates globally. This group was first introduced during Jonathan Hickman’s run of the FF comics. At their meeting, a seat for a representative from Latveria remains empty, hinting at the absence of Doctor Doom’s nation.

In a quick sequence of scenes on TV, they mention Red Ghost and his super ape companions. Although John Malkovich’s portrayal of Red Ghost was removed in the final version, you can catch a glimpse of the apes. Lastly, after the credits roll, there’s a short animated scene featuring all members of the group making an appearance.

Yancy Street and Stan & Jack

Yancy Street, the residential area for Ben Grimm’s comic character, boasts King Dry Cleaners and Stanley’s Service Center, named after comic legends Jack Kirby (affectionately known as The King) and Stan Lee. A quick peek inside reveals two artists engrossed in creating comics, surrounded by a wall adorned with the phrase “Oog Lives Again!”, a nod to Tales of Suspense issue 27.

1994 Fantastic Four Cast Cameo

In the unproduced 1994 version of Fantastic Four, actors Alex Hyde-White, Rebecca Staab, Jay Underwood, and Michael Bailey Smith, who portrayed Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm respectively, briefly appear in a crowd scene.
