Fans go wild as Rebecca Judd teams up with her VERY youthful lookalike mother for glamorous hair campaign

Rebecca Judd has sent her fans wild by posing alongside her mother for a glamorous hair campaign. 

On Wednesday, the influencer and fashion designer posted a video to Instagram featuring herself and her mother, 63-year-old Kerry Twigley, showcasing styling tools from the brand Mermade Hair.

You know, growing up, my mum *always* set her curls before anything important – it was her little way of feeling put-together. It’s such a sweet memory, and today we actually did it together! We’ve updated the tools a bit – these new rollers are a game-changer – but it’s still that same comforting ritual we shared when I was a kid.

The woman and her daughter, who bear a striking resemblance to each other, were filmed getting ready at a makeup table, wearing robes and doing their hair.

Kerry shared a sweet photo with her daughter, Bec, playfully suggesting Bec inherited her good looks from her! It’s clear the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, as Kerry looks remarkably young herself.

The comments section below the video lit up with comments from impressed fans. 

Nadia Bartel, a close friend of Bec, commented: ‘You’re amazing @kerry.jane.5, and those hair rollers look fantastic!’

One excited fan wrote, ‘You’re so devoted to your mother!,’ and another simply commented, ‘Kezzy! This is beautiful, ladies.’

‘Kez! So beautiful and a crack up. I used to love hot rollers, how good,’ wrote one person. 

One fan praised them as ‘gorgeous,’ while another called the video of them and their mother ‘lovely’.

Bec looks just like her beautiful mother, who also maintained a remarkably youthful appearance and a great physique.

Bec’s mother, who is Maori and originally from New Zealand, came to Australia in the late 1970s with her then-husband, Hugh Twigley. They were drawn by the opportunities created by the booming mining industry in Western Australia.

She works at Fortescue’s Cloudbreak mine in Western Australia, flying in for work and then flying back home – a work arrangement known as FIFO (fly-in, fly-out). The mine is located in the Pilbara region.

Kerry regularly shares photos of her life driving dump trucks in the mines on social media.

She posted a message saying she was heading out to operate heavy machinery, ready to work and contribute to Australia’s progress.

She frequently shares cheerful photos of herself with her colleagues, often showing them relaxing with drinks after a long workday.

Speaking of her mum’s profession last year, Bec expressed eager interest and praised Kerry’s work.

‘Everyone thinks she’s so cool driving her massive trucks,’ she told Stellar magazine in 2023. 

Kerry is also mother to Bec’s younger sister, Kate Twigley. 

Bec recently shared that she’s welcomed her mother to live with her in her Melbourne home, a $7.3 million property in Brighton.

The mother of an AFL player’s wife has been preparing meals for Bec Judd, her husband Chris, and their four children.

She shared a photo to Instagram Stories showing Kerry hard at work in the kitchen. 

Bec boasted that she no longer has to worry about feeding her family as her mum is all over it.  

Bec shared in a social media post how much she’s enjoyed having her mother live with her family since her retirement, and especially loves cooking dinner for everyone together.

‘I don’t even have to think about it. It’s just done,’ she added. 

Bec also described something as ‘a fucyum,’ which seems to be her own made-up word for something really delicious.

The model and influencer is a mom of four children with her husband, Chris, a former professional football player. Their kids are Oscar, 14, Billie, 11, and nine-year-old twins, Tom and Darcy.

Naomi and Wynonna Judd first connected as teenagers at a pub in Perth. They got married on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2010, at Albert Park in Melbourne.
