Facts Of Life star, 59, lands hot new job… see her now 45 years after beloved ’80s series debuted
The Facts Of Life was a major TV show in the 1980s.
The show, airing from 1979 to 1988, revolved around students at an elite girls’ school, finding solace in their nurturing principal.
Currently, one well-known character from a widely-watched series has secured an exciting new role in a New York City play focusing on friendship developed through correspondence. Interestingly, one of her co-stars previously appeared on The Brady Bunch.
The fortunate actress, Nancy McKeon, aged 59, is recognized for her role as the strong-willed character Jo in the cherished television series from the ’80s.
Her Facts of Life costars were Lisa Whelchel, Kim Fields and Mindy Cohn.
On a recent social media update, McKeon could be spotted savoring a baseball game alongside her dear ones on a Monday afternoon.

Nancy appeared on several television shows as well, including a soap opera titled “Another World”, a TV adaptation of “Working Girl”, the series “Can’t Hurry Love”, and “The Division”.
And she had recent fame too as she was on season 27 of Dancing With The Stars.
The star collaborated with professional dancer Val Chmerkovskiy, who played a crucial role in helping both Rumer Willis (during Season 20) and Laurie Hernandez (during Season 23) secure their victories.
She expressed on GMA that Val is an extraordinary partner, showing a level of patience beyond anyone she knows, and she feels incredibly fortunate.

The award-winning Off-Broadway production, “Pen Pals,” which was based on a real-life event, makes its comeback this summer for a brief run at the DR2 Theatre located in New York City.

Did you know this trivia about Nancy? Back in 1994, both McKeon and Courteney Cox tried out for the character Monica Geller on the television series Friends. However, it was Courteney Cox who eventually landed the role.
