Ex-Baywatch star Nicole Eggert shows off hair growth amid breast cancer battle
As a devoted fan of Nicole Eggert, I find myself both heartbroken and inspired by her recent journey. Watching her battle breast cancer, undergo a mastectomy, and remain resilient throughout it all is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Her strength and determination are evident in every update she shares, and her ability to keep going despite the hardships is truly commendable.
Nicole Eggert showed off her hair growth as she treated herself to a green juice on Tuesday.
Previously starring on Baywatch, the actress – who recently bald due to her fight against breast cancer – was spotted in LA wearing a green tracksuit and carrying her items in two black bags.
She carried her car keys as she trekked along the pavement in white sneakers.
The outing comes just weeks after Eggert underwent a single mastectomy.
In a recent chat with Amy and T.J., I shared that exactly six days ago, I went through a certain treatment.
Her social media indicates she had the procedure done in mid-September.
She shared that she completed an eight-month course of treatment, and only six days prior, she underwent a mastectomy. She also mentioned that she’ll be resuming her treatment soon,” (in this paraphrase, I tried to maintain the original meaning while making it easier to read and more conversational).
At first, she intended to undergo a double mastectomy (a surgical procedure that removes both breasts), but ultimately had a single one performed based on her doctor’s advice.
Her physician suggested the single so she can return to cancer treatments faster.

Eggert was diagnosed with stage 2 cribriform carcinoma breast cancer late last year.
At her docu-series After Baywatch: Moment In The Sun premier in August, she shared some insights on her current health status, revealing the most challenging aspect of her treatment process.
According to Eggert, he is feeling well. He’s in a kind of limbo phase right now, having completed his treatment. He’s just awaiting further imaging and, hopefully, possibly surgery.
She added: ‘There’s a significant amount of time spent waiting, which I hadn’t fully appreciated beforehand, and it’s not often discussed.’
The performer explained, ‘The uncertain situation is the toughest, as you don’t have clarity about what’s going on. When I was administering treatment, I felt like I was making progress, like I was doing something meaningful.’ This sense of accomplishment made it feel optimistic for me. Now that there seems to be no change, it feels confusing. So it’s a bit frustrating, like we need to find some resolution.’
During her fight against cancer, this mother of two mentioned that she stays active by collaborating with a shaman and engaging in numerous sessions of guided visualization.
She shared that she has attended a few of Jeremy’s [Jackson] classes, which are similar to breathing exercises workshops, according to her explanation.
In order to stay positive, she tries do do ‘whatever’ she can to ‘distract’ herself.
Regarding how her daughters Dilyn (aged 25) and Keegan (aged 13) are coping with her diagnosis, the actress shared that they’ve handled it remarkably well.
She commented, “They always managed to keep me busy,” referring to her active and demanding 13-year-old who never gave her a moment’s rest. Instead of being pampered, she found herself constantly saying, “Here, take this,” and planning, “Let’s go there, let’s do that.
Eggert went on to credit her girls for keeping her ‘going’ and life ‘lively.’
Through her various interventions, she found that they had approached the situation as if no changes were occurring, and the days seemed much like they did prior to her diagnosis.
