Recently, they’ve revealed the panel lineup for this four-day event, so let’s dive into the Star Wars schedule and see what awaits us!

EST – Mastering the Art of Tranquility: A Jedi Workshop: In these challenging times, many seek solace for their troubled minds, finding relief from worries, apprehensions, and depression’s gloom, as well as aid in making daily choices. This workshop will introduce mindfulness methods employed to manage anxiety, pessimistic thoughts, and intrusive ruminations, drawing inspiration from the Jedi of Star Wars Episodes 1-6. The session will be facilitated by a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker adorning full Jedi attire. Our aim is to impart practical mindfulness techniques that participants can effortlessly incorporate into their daily routines for a more serene existence.

This special event will mark the 40th Anniversary of TRANSFORMERS with unveiled Studio Series figures and introduce new members to the G.I. JOE Classified Series line. Don’t forget to catch the launch of the latest Ghostbusters HasLab project! 3:15 P.M. EST: The George Lucas Talk Show – A show that appeals to both Star Wars enthusiasts and casual viewers is set to grace NYCC! Comedian Connor Ratliff, known for “Dead Eyes” and “The Marvelous Mrs Maisel”, assumes the role of George Lucas, the mastermind behind Star Wars. He interviews guests in a laid-back talk show style, accompanied by sidekick Watto, portrayed by Griffin Newman (“Blank Check”, “The Tick”). Patrick Cotnoir (“ASSSSCAT”, “Marvel”, “The Chris Gethard Show”) is also part of the team. This show has been running since 2014 and was a staple at the UCB Theatre in New York City for many years. It began streaming on Twitch in 2020.
