Relaxing under the scorching heat of Marbella, Eva took off the shoulder straps of her swimsuit while working on her sun-kissed look, enjoying a chilled beverage in her hand.
In addition to her public appearances, the actress was spotted tending to her six-year-old son Santiago. She carried him to a shaded area following their swim.
Eva and her family moved from Los Angeles to Marbella following the acquisition of a sprawling seaside villa with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
More recently, they reduced the asking price of their expansive eight-bedroom property in Beverly Hills from $22.8 million to $18.9 million. Already, they’ve begun moving their possessions to their freshly renovated abode in Marbella.
According to our exclusive source, Eva and José have decided to depart from Los Angeles permanently, and they’ve listed their house for sale once more, as reported by DailyMail.com in April.
In June, they removed the item from sale. However, they decided to re-list it in February, this time at a reduced price of $4 million, indicating that they are now eager to sell it.
The current price is $5.4 million higher than what they paid for the 11,000 sq ft house back in 2017.

In early 2023, the woman who wedded a 56-year-old Mexican businessman back in 2016, splurged on an opulent, six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Marbella.
The 1,531-square-meter villa also boasts an indoor pool, sauna, and a state-of-the-art home gym.
The couple hired architect and interior designer Nicolás Escanez to help renovate the property.
In January, Eva debuted their luxurious home in HELLO! magazine and told the publication: ‘The first time I came to Marbella, two decades ago, it was love at first sight. I said to myself: “Some day I’ll live here.”
Afterwards, we established the Global Gift Foundation. It was the venue for our inaugural gala, attended by Antonio Banderas, my dearest friend Maria Bravo, and myself.
Five years back, I told Nico, who’s quite knowledgeable about real estate: “Whenever you find the perfect spot, give me a heads up.”
After checking out several properties, none seemed perfect for me. Eventually, around early 2023, a house appeared on sale. Though it required renovations, its size and location were exactly what I desired.
Instead, while I was in Barcelona for filming purposes, I seized the opportunity and went ahead to purchase it on the very same day.
Eva has been candid about her reservations towards Los Angeles, acknowledging that it’s usually extremely bustling and not as glitzy as one might expect.
She continued: ‘I’m either on set, or in a meeting, or stuck in traffic… there’s so much traffic.
‘While both Los Angeles and Marbella share proximity to the ocean and pleasant weather throughout the year, they differ significantly in other aspects.’
I carry on saying: ‘Here, I lack a fixed routine. Instead, my days are jam-packed with pleasurable pursuits such as paddle tennis, beach visits, lunch, cocktails, and socializing – truly, they’re overflowing with activities I genuinely love.’
Eva possesses Spanish nationality and received the honorary title ‘Dame’ in 2022, acknowledging her ancestral ties to the Spanish city of Oviedo, which serves as her family’s origin.
