An Australian actor residing in Hollywood, aged 27, went grocery shopping at Aspley Hypermarket and purchased batteries at their Home Bargains section.
Over the weekend, the shopping mall shared an announcement on its social media platforms, featuring a picture of the actor from “Euphoria” casually browsing the batteries section, dressed in a plaid shirt and baseball cap.
In a recent social media post, Aspley Hypermarket addressed Jacob with the phrase “Hi Jacob,” accompanied by an emojis representation of a winking eye.
I was taken aback as I strolled through the aisles of Home Bargain yesterday, when suddenly my eyes fell upon none other than Jacob Elordi. There he was, casually picking out batteries, just like any other customer. It’s not every day that you run into an internationally recognized actor at your local hypermarket! What a surreal experience it was for me, a simple shopper in the bustling crowd. Who would have thought that I’d be rubbing shoulders with Jacob Elordi, buying groceries side by side? Truly, life is full of unexpected twists and turns.

A large number of Jacob’s fans expressed their excitement and affection in the Facebook post’s comment section upon seeing his unexpected appearance.
“If I encountered him at the Hypermarket, I could be accused of kidnapping, a local admitted in the comments.”
‘That’s the most random thing I’ve seen this year,’ remarked another commenter.

He frequently visits his hometown of Brisbane to spend time with family.
