Wynne Evans is facing fresh heartache, as his dog Ginny battles for her life in a vet hospital.
Previously known Strictly celebrity, aged 53, shared a heartfelt appeal on social media, seeking well-wishes from followers as he disclosed that his cherished pet dog is receiving oxygen assistance and finding it difficult to breathe.
Sharing a photo of Ginny connected to medical devices, Wynne commented: ‘Ginny’s condition is quite critical at the hospital. Sending lots of positive vibes her way.’
In a recent development, he mentioned: ‘Ginny is currently at the vet’s office due to difficulty breathing. She’s showing great resilience. I’ll provide more info shortly.’
A few hours afterwards, Wynne shared yet another charming photo of his pet dog on his stories, keeping followers updated about her wellbeing.

He wrote: ‘Here’s the latest on Ginny. She’s critically ill in the ICU, and there haven’t been any significant improvements yet. This dear pet of mine has been by my side for 14 years. My affection for her is immeasurable.’
In January, a video was captured by The Mail on Sunday showing the host of BBC Radio Wales making an offensive sexual remark towards his co-host Janette Manrara during a live tour.
After offering an apology, he stepped down from the tour and the BBC initiated a comprehensive probe that extends far beyond the Strictly live event.
As a devoted fan, I found myself pausing from my usual radio broadcasts on BBC Radio Wales, for a moment, as the renowned operatic voice, recognized from the Go Compare commercials, was under investigation.
Since then, he’s made an effort to stay optimistic – going so far as to attend a Welsh choir festival, where he was warmly greeted and applauded by attendees.
Regardless of the ongoing investigation by the BBC, Wynne commended the evening as ‘wonderful’ and posted additional photos of Ginny from her hospital stay, commenting: ‘Here is my sick girl in the hospital receiving oxygen.’
Previously, Wynne asserted that someone had manipulated and altered the context of their private discussions, stating it was not accurate.
In an unexpected turn of events, the well-known singer who gained fame through the Go Compare commercials is filing a lawsuit against Phil McIntyre Entertainment for alleged personal injuries. He alleges that there were insufficient medical facilities backstage, according to The Sun’s report.

The star is reportedly battling over a claimed £11,000 in unpaid fees, which he contends are rightfully his due to performances he did not deliver.
It is said that he apparently took a tumble from the stage in Newcastle, just prior to the ‘spit-roast’ controversy making news.
According to the source, he was tightly bound and instructed to maintain a smile while enduring intense pain.
The next evening, he was forced to depart from Glasgow. The very next day, a controversy known as ‘spit-roast-gate’ erupted – coincidentally, at the same time his foot began to swell.
Based on the advice from his legal team, Wynne believes he has a valid case for an injury claim due to escalating physical therapy expenses and being unable to work during this period. Consequently, he has opted to take legal action against the production company, a decision that won’t burden taxpayers.
It appears that Wynne underwent an MRI scan, revealing a broken foot, a fractured ankle, and torn ligaments in two places. He’s currently experiencing discomfort while trying to walk without pain.
TopMob has contacted Wynne and Phil McIntyre Entertainments for comment at the time of reporting.
In January, a Welshman was seen in a video advising dancer Janette Manrara not to get too near co-star Jamie Borthwick, as doing so might lead to a three-person dance routine being enacted upon her instead.

At that moment, he expressed his apologies for a remark he deemed “improper and unsavory,” which he made earlier at Birmingham Arena, as the expert dancers and their famous counterparts were readying themselves for a stage photo to kick off the tour.
It’s expected that the results of the investigation will be disclosed in May. If it’s determined that Mr. Evans violated rules regarding inappropriate conduct, he may potentially lose his position as host of the BBC Radio Wales morning program.
Besides ending his participation in the Strictly tour in January, Mr. Evans has not appeared on the program since January 27, which was only a few days following the Mail on Sunday’s exposure of his comment to Ms. Manrara.
Additionally, he was featured in the BBC travel docudrama “All at Sea,” alongside Joanna Page from the show Gavin and Stacey. They sailed through the waters of their homeland Wales; however, whether it will be renewed for further episodes remains uncertain.
