The first two charges were withdrawn on that date, and Evan pleaded not guilty to the third.

Under specific bond terms, Evan must adhere to a disciplined lifestyle and regularly check-in at the Maroubra police station every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, within the hours of 8 am to 8 pm.

Rachael and Braith confirmed their split in November, 2022, following months of rumours.
