This week, everyone is buzzing about Phoebe Tonkin’s elegant wedding to Bernard Lagrange, with its enchanting Chanel dress and spellbinding New York City backdrop.

However, a swan-inspired gateau has really taken the cake.

On Thursday, the Australian celebrity, aged 35, posted a preview on Instagram of some personal aspects of her upcoming wedding, featuring custom-made bridesmaid pajamas and several dress changes.

However, what left people astonished were the photos of Phoebe’s wedding cakes, particularly the ones crafted to resemble life-size swans, intricately designed with buttercream and real rose petals.

I had the pleasure of admiring the stunningly beautiful three-tiered cakes, intricately detailed with swan wings, necks, and beaks, which were meticulously crafted by the renowned baker, Paris Starn. These masterpieces graced large silver serving trays, ready to be savored.

Fans flooded social media with praise for the quirky cakes.

‘One individual expressed their admiration by saying: “Watching Phoebe Tonkin’s Vogue wedding photos is like the Super Bowl for me. Her gown and the double swan cake were flawless to the max, no improvements needed.”‘

‘OHMYGOD THESE CAKES ARE UNREAL,’ another wrote on Instagram.

One person added: ‘The rose petal heads? Next level!’

A number of well-known Australian celebrities graced the wedding with their presence, such as Margot Robbie, Teresa Palmer, Samara Weaving, and Lara Bingle, who seemed to partake in a series of joyous events over the course of the weekend.

Alongside Bella Heathcote, Jessica McNamee, and Ilona Hamer, more names were added to the invitation list for the two-day festivities.

In the event I recently attended, I had the pleasure of rubbing shoulders with some truly remarkable individuals. Among them were British actress Annabelle Wallis, whose captivating performances have left audiences spellbound; Maya Ford, a talented former bass player from The Donnas who continues to make waves in the music industry; Canadian actress Nesta Cooper, whose versatility on screen is truly commendable; and Eiza González, a Mexican sensation known for her acting and singing prowess.

Phoebe’s Vampire Diaries co-star Nina Dobrev and H2O co-star Claire Holt were also in attendance.

It seems the official wedding took place on Saturday in the Big Apple.

At the event, Australia’s golden ladies were elegantly dressed in high-end fashion attire, delighting in the celebrations while being captured on camera.

In a vintage photo booth, actress Maya captured a joyful snapshot of Phoebe and Bernard as they posed affectionately together.

One caption proclaimed: ‘Forever blissful,’ while the other exclaimed: ‘What a joyous weekend honoring this divine being.’ (This version maintains the original sentiment and uses more natural and easy-to-read language.)

During her special day, the bride showcased two stylish outfits, and for one celebration, she paid a unique tribute to New York City.

In several photos, the actress from The Vampire Diaries showcased her physique in a dress reminiscent of Carrie Bradshaw’s 1998 Dior gown from Sex and the City, both stylishly displayed.

At her wedding, Phoebe donned a breathtakingly beautiful Chanel gown, adorned with shimmering sequins and delicate floral patterns, contrasting with Bernard’s elegant choice of a traditional black tuxedo.

Later, she gracefully donned an after-party dress designed by Magda Butrym, featuring a low-necked floral embellishment upfront.
