Eoghan Quigg Ties the Knot in Vegas Just Days After Romantic Proposal!

Eoghan Quigg, former contestant on The X Factor, has announced that he recently married his partner Amy Campbell in Las Vegas, only a week after proposing to her.

32-year-old musician, known for his rise to stardom from a reality TV show in 2008, left fans astonished when he announced on Sunday that he and his partner had exchanged vows at The Little White Chapel in Las Vegas.

Eoghan revealed on Instagram that he had been hiding something exciting. The post included a video of his surprise proposal in New York City from last month, hinting at the events that transpired in Sin City.

Then, the camera shifted focus to show the newlywed couple, dressed in their wedding finery, striking poses right outside the church shortly following their marriage ceremony.

Eoghan exuded elegance in a timeless black tuxedo, whereas his freshly-wedded partner sparkled radiantly in a short white gown and veil.

She finished off her wedding ensemble with see-through sleeves, tall white stilettos, and a handbag adorned with the phrase ‘Wife for Life.’

In this instance, the newlyweds radiated affection as they gracefully posed for the cameras, their tender kisses echoing the timeless romance associated with this iconic location.

In a second video, the pair created an entertaining montage where they mimed along to Katy Perry’s song “Waking Up in Vegas,” capturing various moments from their wedding day.

A little over a week ago, I found myself standing on a bridge in the heart of New York City, where my heart skipped a beat as my partner and I celebrated our time away together. Little did I know that this picturesque moment would be the backdrop for a life-changing event: the moment he asked me to spend the rest of my days by his side, making our relationship official with a romantic proposal. Now, we’re preparing for our nuptials, still basking in the afterglow of such a magical memory.

On Instagram today, the artist wrote: ‘I proposed to my dearest friend, and she agreed! The date was February 25th, 2025.’

Eoghan and Amy have the joy of co-parenting their son Camden and daughter Emmy Belle, with Eoghan additionally lending a hand in raising Amy’s kids Cooper and Milla from her past relationship.

Amy and Eoghan, partners since 2015, reside in Derry along with their kids in a house they acquired in 2019.

During an interview prior to the arrival of his daughter Emmy, Eoghan expressed immense joy and excitement, stating that he couldn’t wait to embrace the role of fatherhood.

He told The Belfast Telegraph: ‘We are both delighted, absolutely over the moon.

2020 has been an unusual and challenging year, but we’re thrilled to hear such wonderful news that makes this year extraordinary and significant for us in a positive manner.

After The X Factor concluded, the celebrity swapped the stage for the library, choosing instead to embark on a college journey.

The former TV personality also explored new career passions over the years.

In the year 2015, he became a member of Coagh United F.C., later transferring to Portstewart F.C., which is part of the Northern Ireland Intermediate League.

He also worked as a presenter for Q Radio, where he presented a segment called #QuiggOnQ.

In January, he shared multiple photos from different weddings he officiated, expressing that it was a privilege to do so and eagerly anticipating his wedding bookings in 2025.

In July, Eoghan looked back at his time on The X Factor, expressing that he holds numerous cherished moments from the show. He also felt grateful, considering himself as one of the fortunate participants who had an overall positive experience during the competition.

Despite this, he admitted that he wouldn’t want his own children do follow in his footsteps.

The internet exposes children to countless images and expectations, which can create unnecessary pressures for them to conform to a certain standard of appearance. When I was on the show, there wasn’t as much negativity circulating as we see now.

Eoghan added that his time on the reality show was a good one, but if he participated now, he thinks it might have been a completely different experience for him.

He expressed: ‘I discovered that not everyone will appreciate you; it’s something you have to accept and move past. Growing up, I was just a typical student from a regular, working-class background. However, my life took an unexpected turn – from zero to one hundred – and my world was flipped on its head instantly.
