On Wednesday, tennis star Emma Raducanu subtly hinted at her alleged relationship with Carlos Alcaraz, the victor of the French Open.

Speculation about their romantic involvement started circulating earlier this month, as they prepared to team up at the US Open in August.

22-year-old Emma was apparently spotted encouraging the Spanish player, who is also 22, during the Queens Club Championship. In a recent interview on Monday, she praised Carlos for being a uplifting presence.

Informal whispers hinted that the strong connection between these two tennis legends was a hot topic among the residents of Queens, causing curiosity among fans as to the true nature of their relationship.

On Wednesday at the Eastbourne Open, Emma conspicuously wore a violet workout top during practice, a color that is now closely associated with Carlos, suggesting a hint of their potential relationship.

On various instances, both on and off the court, Alcaraz has donned that particular color in the past, as recently as last week during an interview.

Emma, dressed identically, was captured on the training court, getting ready for her upcoming second-round match against Maya Joint from Australia, scheduled for later that day.

At Eastbourne Park, Raducanu was playing, whereas Alcaraz was in London, fine-tuning his Wimbledon preparations at the All England Lawn Tennis Club. The grand tournament at Wimbledon is swiftly approaching.

He appeared to be in high spirits, surrounded by the buzz of Raducanu rumors. As he made his entrance wearing a white Nike training top, the star was seen flashing a broad smile.

Last week, as reported by The Sun, Carlos is said to have visited Emma’s London hotel on several instances, following her support for him at the Queens event.

According to a source, it appears he was spotted at her hotel last week, as well as on Thursday and Saturday. Interestingly, Emma’s car appeared shortly after Carlos and his team had reached Queens on those same days.

Within their company, there was plenty of laughter and light-hearted banter. Their demeanor suggested genuine happiness and comfort around each other.

An additional source mentioned: ‘The topic was not confined to the tennis community alone. Employees from the BBC and various other broadcasting companies were all abuzz with discussions about it.’

Previously, The Mail reported that Emma is also quite close friends with teen tennis sensation Benjamin Heynold.

He and Emma have known each other since the age of six and have represented Team GB together.

At age 24, Heynold attends the University of North Carolina in the United States, and some of his friends speculate that his long-standing friendship with Emma might have blossomed into a romantic relationship.

Raducanu split up with her Harrow-educated boyfriend, Carlo Agostinelli, last year.

Agostinelli, who once held the position of head prefect at the prestigious private institution Harrow, is the offspring of business magnate Robert Agostinelli, the joint founder and chief of Rhone Group, a private equity company.

This tennis star is reported to have had a particularly deep, long-lasting romantic involvement with him, which is believed to be the most significant relationship in her life so far.

Previously, it was disclosed that her parents, Ion and Renee Raducanu, enforced a rule forbidding dating during her childhood in Bromley, South East London. This strict upbringing sparked feelings of resentment within her.
