Hailie and Evan -who tied the knot in May – kept the pregnancy private for some months.
In October, it was announced that Hailie, the daughter of her 51-year-old rapper father, is expecting her first baby. This means that the rapper will become a grandfather.
In his latest music video for “Temporary” (featuring Skylar Grey), he revealed the news by incorporating scenes such as him crying prior to giving her away at the altar, as well as the emotional instant when she disclosed her pregnancy to him.
At the conclusion of the video, it became apparent that Hailie was giving her father a Detroit Lions jersey with ‘Grandpa’ inscribed on it and a picture of her unborn child from an ultrasound.
Upon receiving the news, the 15-time Grammy winner appeared startled and briefly glanced twice at the ultrasound picture while Hailie chuckled nearby.
Five short months ago, I had the privilege of witnessing Hailie and Evan’s beautiful wedding in Battle Creek, Michigan. Since then, I’ve been eagerly awaiting updates, and now, I’m thrilled to share an exciting piece of news!
They asked only their closest relatives and friends to attend a small wedding ceremony that took place at the Greencrest Manor, as reported by TMZ.
On her special occasion, Hailie donned a stunning white wedding gown featuring a romantic layered tulle skirt, complemented by an airy veil that perfectly matched her exquisite hairdo.
Hailie and Evans have been dating since 2016 and became engaged in February 2023.
On Instagram, the influencer shared news of their engagement by posting a picture of him proposing, accompanied by this caption: “Weekend summary… 2.4.23 I love you, @evanmcclintock11.”
She grew up in Detroit with dad Eminem – real name Marshall Bruce Mathers III – and mom Kim Scott.

In a chat on the Hotboxin’ podcast with Mike Tyson in March 2020, Eminem made some mentions of his daughters, Hailie and Evan.
The rapper responded, saying, “She doesn’t have any kids of her own,” when the famous boxer inquired about Hailie having children.
‘Just a boyfriend. She’s doing good,’ he stated.
He noted with satisfaction that she had truly made him proud, as he shared the news that Hailie had graduated from college boasting an exceptional 3.9 GPA.
Hailie studied psychology at Michigan State University.
During the month of August, Hailie shared on her podcast Just A Little Shady that listening to her father’s songs, specifically Temporary and Somebody Save Me, always brings tears to her eyes.
In the song “Somebody Save Me,” Eminem sings: ‘I’m sorry for prioritizing drugs over you / I’m sorry I didn’t show you enough love to quit them.’
The video showcases old clips of Hailie, along with her siblings Alaina (aged 31) and Stevie (aged 35), which are seen passing by while Eminem observes them.
Eminem rhymes: “Apologizing to Hailie, I was absent at your debut on the guitar,” he raps, as she’s portrayed strumming a pink acoustic guitar back then.
In the song, he expresses remorse for not being there to give her away at her wedding and for missing the arrival of her firstborn, events he would have missed had he passed away from his 2007 overdose, as these moments are mentioned in the lyrics.
Eminem, who battled prescription pill addiction in the past, has been sober for 16 years.
She went on saying, “As for those two songs, Temporary particularly, I just can’t. I believe I cried out loud for both of them, but Temporary really got to me.
Eminem, known as the Slim Shady artist, dedicated the song “Temporary” to his daughter, speaking about his own mortality in the lyrics. He encourages her to find happiness and overcome any sorrow she may feel upon his eventual passing.
