Emily Atack reunites with Danny Dyer as the Rivals co-stars are spotted in Kent for filming their new ITV show Nobody’s Fool

Emily Atack reconnected with fellow cast member Danny Dyer during the production of their latest ITV project titled “Nobody’s Fool.

The actress, aged 35, and the actor, 48 years old, will host the freshly launched Saturday evening game show on the popular TV network. It’s scheduled to premiere on television screens next year.

On a fabulous Friday, I found myself, your humble admirer, exiting a grand country estate nestled in the heart of enchanting Kent – a place where my favorite production crew has been mysteriously working behind closed doors!

Emily cut a casual figure as she left the shoot location in a grey shirt over a long black dress.

She teamed it with brown Hermes sandals and carried her belongings in a stylish green suede bag.

Under the protection of dark shades, the actress showed signs of joy, flashing a playful tongue at the camera in a jovial manner.

Instead, Danny chose a black jacket paired with a white vest that revealed some chest hair, accompanied by black casual pants.

The actor was spotted with a compact black leather satchel slung over one arm, accompanied by a voluminous hot pink shopping bag.

The pair wrapped up filming in the location and headed to the next venue.

Earlier this year, it became known that the two stars, who were seen together in the popular Disney+ series Rivals, will host a weekend evening game show.

According to reports, the new team was hired by the broadcast company’s management to bring in some fresh faces and revitalize their entertainment division.

As a die-hard fan bursting with excitement, I can hardly contain myself at the news that this dynamic duo is rumored to be pocketing an astounding £250,000 each for their upcoming performance! With whispers of the show gracing our screens next year, I find myself counting down the days in anticipation!

Behind the scenes, some people have noticed striking resemblances between Nobody’s Fool and Rivals, which has caused a few raised eyebrows.

According to a source, ‘Rivals’ is a tale about a group of competitive individuals who are interconnected, set against the backdrop of Penscombe Court. Their ongoing quest to surpass each other forms the central theme of this story.

The foundation of this fresh game show lies in the same principle, and it’s set against the backdrop of a grand manor house. In this show, contestants aim to outsmart each other.

People who are familiar with the subject have been referring to it as a “game of wit and cunning,” which might serve as an enticing tagline for one of Jilly’s books.

Daily Mail contacted representatives for Danny and Emily for comment at the time.

Danny and Emily have kept quite occupied this year, working on the second season of the hugely successful TV series that’s adapted from Dame Jilly Cooper’s steamy novels.

Danny, known for his role as the pub owner Mick Carter in EastEnders for nearly a decade, isn’t new to game shows.

As a devoted fan and former host, I was privileged to bring “The Wall” to life on BBC for an incredible run of three seasons, concluding in 2022. My journey with the show ended coincidentally with Danny’s departure from EastEnders and the BBC.

Emily, a mother of one, previously shined as a team captain on the cancelled show Celebrity Juice, alongside Keith Lemon and Laura Whitmore.

Danny has disclosed that there’s an astonishing amount of romantic entanglements on the set of Rivals 2, currently being filmed, resulting in them hiring every intimacy consultant available in the United Kingdom.

He said: ‘We are doing 12 episodes of Rivals and we are filming until March next year.

It’s fantastic work, but performing a sex scene can be quite unusual. Since it’s part of the job, there are legal provisions that allow actors to simulate intimate acts with each other. If you’re comfortable with it and find it appealing, I won’t hide that fact.

He stated, ‘There are numerous intimacy coaches on Rivals. It seems we’ve consulted with almost every one available.’

In the popular Disney+ series adapted from Jilly Cooper’s novel, Aidan Turner portrays the character of self-made entrepreneur Freddie Jones, while Alex Hassell takes on the role of Rupert Campbell-Black, and Declan O’Hara is played by none other than Danny.

In the series, Jones develops feelings for character Lizzie Vereker, portrayed by Katherine Parkinson. Originally spanning eight episodes, the production team has been requested to create additional installments by Disney+ this time.

Danny’s portrayal of Jones has been widely praised for adding emotion to the lighthearted, action-packed series, causing a reevaluation of his acting abilities after his extended tenure on EastEnders.

In May, he received a Bafta for his role in Mr. Bigstuff. He shared with Esquire magazine: “The way people saw me in Rivals was unexpected, and it coincided perfectly with Mr. Bigstuff, which offered an opportunity to showcase some versatility since Lee is quite distinct from Freddie.

Throughout my career, I’ve certainly made more mistakes than I care to count. I accepted numerous job opportunities that, in retrospect, I perhaps shouldn’t have. This was likely due to financial pressures as I had bills to pay and children attending private school. Now, however, I find myself in a fortunate position where I can decline many offers that come my way. I believe it’s the choices I make not to do something that will ultimately shape my legacy, and I must admit, this prospect is incredibly thrilling for me.

At the BAFTAs ceremony where he received the award for Best Male Performance in a Comedy, he expressed: “What a stroke of luck! A comedy performance. I genuinely believed my acting was so poor it was amusing. I wish to express gratitude to Sky for taking a chance on our series. Goodness gracious, I’m feeling quite emotional.

I’d like to take a moment to honor Ryan Sampson, who hails from Rotherham – one of the standout talents to emerge from there. Admittedly, that isn’t saying too much about the town itself.

Indeed, one of our nation’s most exceptional actors has graced us with his presence. This man never repeats a performance; each role is unique, something that I can scarcely claim for myself. Interestingly, the part he crafted specifically for me stirs such emotion within me, I find it hard to hold back tears.
