Emily Atack continued to display her recent weight loss on Thursday, following rumors that she may have used weight-loss injections.
The 36-year-old actress showed off her new figure in a stylish black mini dress from Agent Provocateur, sharing several alluring photos on Instagram.
Emily wore a fitted outfit over a chic black satin blouse adorned with lace.
She styled her long blonde hair in soft, bouncy curls and completed the look with glamorous makeup.
Emily faced accusations of using weight-loss injections after showing off her new appearance around Christmastime.
A carousel of photos that Emily shared sparked an outrageous reaction from her followers.

Her online comments were flooded with messages, but many fans quickly came to her defense after some people speculated she was using products to lose weight.
‘Skinny jabs are jabbing,’ wrote one follower as another asked, ‘on the jabs? Looks good tho’.
Others questioned: ‘Are you on Mounjaro?’ and ‘That jab is making its rounds!’
One person defended Emily, asking if everyone was focusing too much on her appearance.
It’s a no-win situation for women – we’re criticized for being either overweight or underweight. While I understand you found her attractive, a woman’s body is never up for discussion. She’s simply beautiful, and that’s enough.
Someone pointed out that it’s disappointing she shared a beautiful collection of Christmas photos, yet most of the comments focused on her appearance instead.
Emily’s friend, comedian Katherine Ryan, also reacted, writing simply ‘GIRL’ with a series of fire emojis.
The actress and her fiancé, scientist Alistair Garner, welcomed their first child, a son named Barney, in June 2024.
Shortly after giving birth, Emily shared that she’d been getting a lot of questions about losing weight, but she wasn’t feeling pressured to quickly return to exercising.
In a November 2024 interview on Jamie Laing’s Great Company podcast, Emily explained that having a baby can be incredibly freeing. She described how pregnancy profoundly changes your perspective on your body, making you see it in a completely new way after going through so much physical change.
It’s just… frustrating, you know? You go through this incredible thing – pregnancy, growing a whole person inside you, then the actual birth, which is honestly mind-blowing. And then, before you’ve even had a chance to recover, people are already asking about when you’re going to ‘bounce back’ and start working out again! It feels like my body just accomplished something amazing, and the focus immediately shifts to how it looks instead of what it did.
Emily laughed and said, ‘You’ve got to be joking! I just went through labor and delivered a baby – it was incredibly exhausting. I literally pushed a human being out of my body!’
Going to the gym is the last thing on my list, but everyone expects me to get back in shape.
It’s strange that people don’t congratulate you on becoming a mother, but immediately ask about losing weight. I’m not currently going to the gym, and I’ve actually gained weight since the baby was born. Right now, I’m just focusing on enjoying this time with my little one.
Emily shared that she’s generally been comfortable with her body, but she was surprised by the attention and comments about her weight after landing her popular role as Charlotte Hinchcliffe in The Inbetweeners.
She explained that people began focusing on her weight, and someone even created a Facebook page about her – Charlotte Hinchcliffe – dedicated to making fun of it. She was shocked by how cruel the comments were.
People tried to find the silver lining, pointing out that television was finally showing more women with diverse body types in glamorous roles. It was surprising, because I hadn’t even thought of myself as having curves!
I was a size eight, which was a normal, smaller size, but it surprised some people. They were accustomed to seeing actresses who were very thin play glamorous roles.
She explained the strange experience of being both praised and criticized online, saying people would call her both sexy and beautiful, and then turn around and call her fat and ugly. It was really confusing for her.
I seriously can’t believe it, but I’ve never had a bad relationship with food, not even once! No crazy diets, no obsessive eating… I feel so incredibly fortunate, it’s amazing! Seriously, I’m so, so lucky to have always been naturally healthy.
I don’t believe in dieting. I’ve occasionally tried to be healthier – maybe cut back on wine or hit the gym – usually when preparing for a job or to improve my wellbeing. But I’ve never lost weight because someone told me I was overweight. It’s always been about changing my own mindset.
