On Saturday, Elsa Pataky showcased her long legs as she went out for a day of animal interaction in Byron Bay.

In December, Elsa and her spouse Chris Hemsworth added a charming young German Shepherd to their household.

The actress born in Spain, who is now 48 years old, seemed delighted as she spent some special moments with her latest pet dog. They both enjoyed a fun-filled playtime at a nearby park.

Elsa displayed her slender legs in some short, frayed jean shorts reminiscent of Daisy Duke’s design.

She paired her short, exposing shorts with a vintage-looking t-shirt featuring the phrase “Old Cars and Cigars” both in front and back.

During her excursion, Elsa accessorized her bare feet by wearing a stylish dark-blue hat embellished with the emblem of the elite Kokomo Private Island Resort.

Elsa arrived at the park in a black Ford Ranger Raptor, where she seemed focused on her dog companion. She gave him affectionate hugs and pats while he patiently stayed in the back of the truck.

At some point, Elsa appeared with a troubled look on her face, likely shielding her ears to muffle the enthusiastic barking of her dog.

The actress took to Instagram in December to announce the arrival of her ‘newest family member.’

Elsa posted a sequence of pictures featuring an endearing pup, along with some snapshots that captured moments between the mother of three and the sweet puppy snuggling together.

‘Our new member of the family, a beautiful German Shepherd,’ the mum-of-three wrote in the caption.

Many of the actress’s fans took to the comments to express their delight at the pup’s cuteness.

‘Omg those floppy ears,’ wrote one, while another said, ‘Wow, looks like a wolf.’

Meanwhile, someone else said, ‘Oh my goshhh so fluffy!’

However, some followers were not impressed with Elsa’s choice to acquire the canine from a breeder.

One fan exclaimed, “It’s clear he wasn’t bought from a breeder; he must have been rescued instead!

As a devoted dog enthusiast, it’s my mission to champion the proper actions regarding our canine companions. That means, always opt for adoption!

‘My exact thoughts,’ someone else agreed, while other fans clapped back.

‘Really? Like it’s any of your business…ffs,’ wrote one.

‘Stop being a Karen, serious who gives a f***,’ another follower said.

As a strong advocate, I penned down this sentiment: “Let’s avoid the condescension and instead respect ethical breeders for their integrity.

I’ve become part of this incredible, loving household that already includes Elsa, Chris, their lively twins, Tristan and Sasha (both 10), and the wise-beyond-her-years India (age 12). What a joy to be amongst them all!

The family resides in the luxurious, eight-bedroom mansion, valued at approximately $30 million, situated on a vast 4.2-hectare property in Broken Head, which is located within Byron Bay.
