Ashley St. Clair has made it clear that Elon Musk, well-known for naming his kids uniquely, is also the father of her child. According to St. Clair, Jared Birchall, who works as Musk’s fixer, attempted to conceal this information. However, St. Clair has now disclosed the name of her baby and shared details about this situation, including the revelation of her child’s existence and the alleged offers made to her to keep the matter private from the public eye.
According to a Wall Street Journal report, Birchall handles the monetary and confidential agreements that Elon Musk desires from the women giving birth to the world’s wealthiest man’s children. It appears that Birchall worked closely with St. Clair, who was offered $15 million upfront and $100,000 per month in hush money regarding their child, Romulus. The report further suggests that similar agreements have been made with other women who have had children with Elon Musk.
At some stage in the tale, Birchall shared with St. Clair details concerning the possibility of them (Birchall and Musk) having offspring, as per his account.
1) In all spheres of his life, privacy and maintaining confidentiality are paramount. His existence seems designed around a system where merit is highly valued. (Approximately 25 words)
According to reports, Musk requested St. Clair to keep their relationship private. As seen by texts obtained by the outlet, “Birchall mentioned removing Musk’s name from the birth certificate.” Despite this, Birchall didn’t include his name on the certificate, but she did engage a lawyer for some reason.

‘Elon Musk expresses his thoughts more candidly as he perceives Dana Carvey’s SNL portrayal is growing further from the real person.’
Following his portrayal of Elon Musk on SNL, comedian Dana Carvey voiced a critique of his performance that the entrepreneur himself might find commendable.
As suggested in the tale, Musk aimed to keep it concealed due to his belief that it posed a risk. In private communication, he apparently warned that disclosing the baby and their relationship could potentially have harmful consequences. Moreover, he is reported to have stated that he was “second only to Trump in terms of assassination threats.” Remarkably, the tech tycoon also expressed, “Only the vigilant thrive.
Later on, she was provided with papers that required her to maintain confidentiality about everything. Regarding the initial figures mentioned, the $15 million was intended for “a residence and living costs.” Moreover, she would also receive a monthly allowance of $100,000 until their child reached the age of 21.
Under this agreement, St. Clair would’ve been restricted from responding critically or negatively about Musk. A breach of this clause would require her to repay $15 million. Yet, it didn’t prevent Musk from expressing negative opinions about her.
It seems that the contract wouldn’t have offered assistance if her song became critically ill. Furthermore, if Musk passed away before the child reached 21, there would be no trust fund or life insurance for him to inherit.
So she didn’t sign.
Due to recent events, Musk finds himself embroiled in another legal dispute. He’s previously been entangled in a lawsuit concerning “Blade Runner 2049”, and he was part of the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard case. Moreover, Musk has a notable past with Disney. All told, these are merely three legal matters he’s been involved in. To add to this, his ex, Grimes, has sued him over parental rights, and they have three children together.
St. Clair emphasized repeatedly that she didn’t want her child to feel ‘unacknowledged’, and that’s the reason she wanted the story not to remain a secret. In her own words, “I couldn’t bear for my child to feel unrecognized.
I don’t want my son to feel like he’s a secret.
I can’t help but feel incredibly excited about this recent court development. The New York Supreme Court has mandated a paternity test, and the results have been astonishingly definitive, with a “Probability of Paternity” calculated at an almost unbelievable 99.9999%.
In a turn of events, the monetary proposals towards St. Clair have been reduced. After she disclosed information about the predicament on X, the initial $15 million offer was rescinded. Following this, he decreased the monthly installments to $40,000 as legal proceedings commenced. More recently, her team sent her only $20,000, reducing the payment by half. In summary, St. Clair provided a thorough account of her ordeal and presented her perspective on the story surrounding her baby and Elon Musk.
