Elon Musk’s ex Grimes sparks debate by claiming she became ‘way less gay’ after getting pregnant

My own experiences have taught me that pregnancy can indeed alter one’s perspective on various aspects of life, including sexual orientation.
On her Twitter account yesterday, Grimes, who was previously in a relationship with Elon Musk, initiated a discussion, stating that she perceived a change in her sexual identity following her pregnancy.
The well-known Canadian musician and lyricist, aged 36, shared a message and an inquiry on a social network that is currently under the ownership of her former partner.
The Flesh Without Blood artist, who is a parent to three children with Elon Musk, stated, “I significantly reduced my affinity for being gay after I became pregnant.” Furthermore, she shared that her capacity for concentrating on reading, writing, and creative pursuits increased remarkably. However, her ability to focus on technical matters notably decreased.
Grimes asked her 1.3 million followers, ‘Is this all explained by hormones?’
The singer from The We Appreciate Power band and the CEO of SpaceX have a four-year-old son named X Æ A-12 Musk, a three-year-old daughter named Exa Dark Sideræl, and another son named Techno Mechanicus whose age is not known.

Grimes pointed out that during pregnancy, there can be gray matter loss, yet the brain’s ability to adapt and change (neuroplasticity) may enhance.
Grimes mentioned that her testosterone levels have significantly decreased following a suggestion for her to undergo a testosterone and DHEA check-up. She also stated her intention of discussing this matter further with her doctor.
The musical artist explained more about her comment “by being less gay” by stating that she simply means she’s less inclined towards dating women.

Grimes and Musk parted ways more than three years ago, as he told Page Six in September of 2021 that he and Grimes were ‘semi-separated.’
He said at the time that she would continue to live at a home he owns in California.
In simpler terms, Musk stated that his job responsibilities at SpaceX and Tesla demand him to be mainly in Texas or traveling abroad, while hers is based in Los Angeles. Currently, she’s residing with him, and their baby is in the next room.
