Elon Musk’s ex Grimes SLAMS his X platform as ‘poison’

Grimes, who used to be married to Elon Musk, criticized him for the changes he made on Twitter after buying it in 2022.

37-year-old musician, mother of three with the Tesla CEO, stated that she’s deliberately stayed away from social media due to the lingering impact of her past relationship.

The Canadian singer-songwriter expressed that, after being away from social media, it’s strikingly evident upon his return that these platforms – and all of them – are a toxic, confining environment filled with superficial, shallow, deep-sounding but ultimately meaningless messages, which our brains quickly dismiss as if they were trying to learn.

Claire Elise Boucher, also known as Grimes, expressed that the whole situation seems like a stage performance and is a poor imitation of real life.
