Ellie Bamber cuts a sophisticated figure in an androgynous black pinstripe suit and tie as she attends the William Tell premiere in London
In my role as a lifestyle enthusiast, I gracefully graced the red carpet of the William Tell premiere held at London’s Ham Yard Hotel on a crisp Wednesday evening.
In the historical drama, the 27-year-old actress portraying Princess Bertha donned a chic black pinstripe ensemble, complete with a fitted double-breasted jacket and flared tailored pants.
She paired a crisp white shirt and black tie with her fashionable suit, and let her golden hair fall in soft waves.
On the red carpet before the premiere, Ellie demonstrated her inherent charm with a subtle touch of cosmetics, joining her fellow actors.
Additionally present were Paul Bullion, Jonah Hauer-King, Sam Keeley, Solly McLeod, Nick Hamm, Emily Beecham, Claes Bang, Tobias Jowett, Amar Chadha-Patel, Connor Swindells, Jake Dunn, Marie-Christine Jaeger-Firmenich, Piers Tempest, and Jess Douglas-Welsh.
The 2024 movie titled “William Tell” is a historical drama, penned and helmed by director Nick Hamm. It’s inspired by the play carrying the same name authored by Friedrich Schiller.

The movie is set in 14th-century Switzerland and chronicles the struggles of the nation as it engages in conflict with the Holy Roman Empire. (or) In a medieval Swiss setting, the story unfolds, recounting the country’s fight against the Holy Roman Empire.
As the dynasty weakens, various forces compete for dominance, among them being the Hapsburg family from Austria-Hungary. Eager for power and impact, they aggressively extend their territories, annexing Switzerland as they sweep through Europe.
In a peaceful setting, William Tell, a skilled hunter, rallies his fellow villagers in defiance against the oppressive rule of an Austrian king, whose troops pose a menacing threat to the tranquil existence of the medieval populace.
At this upcoming event, Ellie will make an appearance following her eye-catching performance last year at the Zurich Film Festival, where she showcased a more voluptuous look in a revealing dress and struck poses along the red carpet.
As a lifestyle expert, I must say, there wasn’t a moment when I didn’t feel captivated by the breathtaking elegance exuded by the actress. She showcased an unparalleled charm in that bold black ensemble with its deep-dive neckline, while gracefully advocating for her upcoming masterpiece, William Tell.
In a stylish, fitted jacket that highlighted her silhouette, the actress from Les Misérables chose to wear flared pants with a sleek fit.
In her role as The Serpent, the actress accessorized with a pair of black sandals and chose vibrant makeup, featuring thick black eyeliner and a peach-toned lipstick.
Ellie was joined by her William Tell co-star Jonah for the screening in Switzerland.

The Little Mermaid actor, 29, looked dapper in a light brown pinstripe suit.
Underneath his coat, the star put on a coordinating sweater and completed his casual style with a set of large, earth-toned footwear.
Additionally, Danish actor Claes, aged 57, known for his role as William Tell in an upcoming historical film, was also part of their group.
The film will be released in the United Kingdom on January 10 2025.
