61-year-old woman looked significantly younger at the ELLE Style Awards held in Madrid, Spain on Wednesday evening.
The supermodel chose a stylish outfit for the trendy gathering, featuring a shimmering black blazer and coordinating pants adorned with sequins.
She accessorized with a pair of high-end heels featuring a leaf design, along with a matching gold handbag for her wrist adorned with thick bracelets.
She displayed her radiant, youthful face using a natural makeup collection, featuring a delicate pink lipstick, and she let her golden locks cascade in loose, wavy curls reminiscent of a mermaid.

Elle has previously spilled some of her beauty philosophy.
She posted on social media, “I’ve always thought that inner beauty shines through on one’s complexion.
Just like anyone else, I’ve found myself on both sides of the same coin. When I’m not feeling at my best, it frequently leads to dry, irritated skin.
‘This body sensation feels both insightful and profound; it’s nudging me to explore within myself. The more I learn about nature, the more amazed I become by its intricate workings.’
A radiant, vibrant complexion mirrors your inner vitality and serves as a testament to the profound wisdom embedded within nature, shining through you.
She credits her timeless beauty to feeding her body properly and boosting it with natural vitamins.
More recently, she disclosed an older interview about her diet that aired on Megyn Kelly Today on NBC, focusing on why she appears so radiant in her fifties.
‘When I turned 50 I wasn’t feeling very well and I wasn’t looking very well,’ Elle said.



It came to my attention that changes were occurring with my complexion, hair, and weight. To be honest, I wasn’t feeling particularly motivated, I found myself frequently craving sweets, and experienced some issues with my digestive system.
She added: “I told my dietitian that something wasn’t right, and I needed help adjusting my lifestyle.
In her advice, she mentioned that I was consuming numerous synthetic vitamins. To ensure I’m getting a balanced intake, she recommended a potent blend of multivitamin, prebiotic, and probiotic powder for my daily use instead.
Initially, I began consuming it due to my poor nutrition, sleep deprivation, insufficient fruit and vegetable intake, and excessive coffee consumption.
After following this fresh nutrition regimen for a month and consuming this organic multi-vitamin, the supermodel described her life as ‘undergoing a remarkable change.’
I noticed quite a transformation, and my friend (who is now my CEO) asked me, ‘What’s up? You look fantastic!’ I explained that I had been taking this green supplement, and it has really made a difference in my life.
Ella’s remarkable change paved the way for her launching a natural supplement company called WellCo, which eventually grew into an extensive wellness empire.
Elle, during her chat on Amanda Wakeley’s Style DNA podcast, shared her strategies for ensuring a restful night’s sleep, having recognized the significance of obtaining a full 8 hours of sleep.



As a devoted adherent, I retire for the night with a contented grin, a joyful spirit within, and my trusted eye mask. Clad in nothing but my own skin, I prepare myself for a restful slumber.
Additionally, the model shared that she abstains from caffeine, finishes her dinner by 5 pm, and unwinds with a warm cup of hot cocoa before bedtime.
Under the moniker “The Body”, it’s no wonder that Elle’s typical day revolves around maintaining her health and fostering wellness.
At 5 a.m., when the alarm rings, Elle immediately flashes a smile, which happens to be the very same action she performs just before drifting off to sleep.
Instead of grinning and grabbing a glass of water and lime, she spends 25 minutes of her mornings meditating in bed, focusing on her ‘physical, mental, and spiritual well-being’.
She then jumps on her bike and cycling to the beach for a 6.30am swim.
If time is limited, Elle tends to stay near her home, which she describes as a way to “feel connected to nature by stepping outside and touching the ground with my feet.
‘I do some yoga in the morning sun or Dr Zach’s Four Minute Workout to stimulate nitric oxide.


Occasionally, I’ll take a refreshing dip in cold water after that, then enjoy a cup of matcha in the sunlight before starting my day.
This mother of two often prefers to engage in outdoor activities that involve nature, such as hiking, cycling, swimming, or just relaxing outdoors enjoying the fresh air and sunlight.
She mentioned that she doesn’t stick to a strict routine for exercising, instead choosing to be flexible and adaptable. She strongly advocates for regular visits to her infrared sauna and a quick dip in cold water as a way to refresh herself.
Afterward, she incorporates a collagen beverage into her daily morning shake, along with supplements for gut health and protein to enhance her dietary intake.
Elle openly shares that she is a strong advocate for energy therapy. She frequently schedules sessions for acupuncture, chiropractic care, breathwork, and sound healing, as well as Russian Banyas – an old tradition involving steam bathing with a wood stove using dry tree or herb branches called veniks.
She follows a diet that consists only of plants and enjoys meals prepared with care, so her lunch will be made using fresh, locally grown and organic vegetables sourced directly from her local farmer’s market.
A crucial aspect of Elle’s daily routine, as well as combating the afternoon drowsiness, involves engaging in a traditional East Asian tea ritual, particularly enjoying Rooibos tea flavored with vanilla or Earl Grey tea.

One of her favourite weeknight dinners is miso mushroom soup with Japanese sweet potato.
Each evening, she follows her routine by sipping a cup of WelleCo calming tea, and before retiring, she practices this simple ritual: ‘Smile, place my hands on my solar plexus, reflect on the day’s blessings, and gently slip into a restful slumber.’
