Ella Rae Wise’s Heartbreaking Confession: Dan Edgar Split Shocker on CBB

Television personality Ella Rae Wise broke down in tears while discussing unexpectedly ending her relationship with fellow reality TV star Dan Edgar, who is known for his role on The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE).

24-year-old television personality officially ended her relationship with Dan on Monday, and single-handedly stepped into the Big Brother house, disclosing that they’ve split after 18 months together.

However, on Wednesday evening’s installment of Celebrity Big Brother, Ella found herself becoming emotional while discussing her unexpected separation with JoJo Siwa and Angelica Bell.

Angelica noted that Ella’s recent break-up, which had just occurred before they entered the house, was a new development. The dancer and presenter were consoling her about it.

Ella expressed that things seemed off before breaking down in tears, at which point JoJo and Angelica comforted her with a warm embrace.

I appreciate your understanding. Sometimes things just don’t work out as planned, and this is one of those times. I can’t help but feel foolish because everyone seemed to think he would be different, but I knew deep down that he wouldn’t turn out to be what I hoped for. I thought there was a chance he could change for me, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I don’t want to invest years trying to change someone when it’s clear they won’t meet my expectations. Does that make sense?

Angelica commented, “That demonstrates your resilience,” to which Ella responded, “Right, I guess I need to accept it. And just because we had a disagreement doesn’t necessarily mean our friendship has to end.

It is said that Dan was taken aback, as he didn’t anticipate it when Ella first appeared on Celebrity Big Brother (CBB) on Monday evening following their unexpected breakup.

As the television show progressed, it became clear that the reality TV pair had decided to part ways following a series of ups and downs in their relationship.

During her initial video segment, single again Ella playfully commented: “I can sail along with a loaf of bread. I can charm just about anything! I’m even trying to flirt with the camera.

Friends have shared with The Sun that Dan felt upset by her remarks, as he had thought the split was friendly and amicable.

According to a source, they continued conversing following their major argument on Wednesday, as they had mutually decided that things simply weren’t functioning well between them.

However, their interaction remained friendly. They exchanged casual conversations, the occasional message here and there, and had a chat on Sunday right before she entered the lockdown period.

I was taken aback by the remarks she made last night, implying that I’m overly flirtatious, and that I frequently flirt with others. Such comments are not pleasant for me to hear.

Representatives for Dan and Ella were contacted by TopMob for comment. 

The reality star explained to The Sun, prior to her appearance on CBB, that they couldn’t continue their relationship due to the fact that our intimate connection was strong, but not enough to sustain our overall relationship.

She expressed that we aren’t in union with each other, and it’s deeply unfortunate that our relationship has come to an end a week back, she shared this sentiment.

Ella maintained that the breakup wasn’t due to her joining the Celebrity Big Brother house, contradicting recent reports suggesting she had promised Dan not to flirt with fellow housemate Chris Hughes from Love Island.

She continued by expressing that although Dan is charming, there seemed to be an ‘unspoken gap’ between them, and she felt it wouldn’t be fair to continue investing time in a relationship that might not work out.

Their surprise breakup occurred only a few days following her alleged assurance to Dan that she wouldn’t engage in any flirtatious behavior towards Chris within the Big Brother house.

However, contrary to Ella’s request, The Sun hinted that producers might entertain different concepts and potentially team up the pair for tasks, possibly broadcasting any private conversations they may have.

Dan and Ella’s romantic journey began the previous year on a cast excursion to Bali. However, they later parted ways due to speculations that their relationship was not genuine.

However the couple then reconciled with their relationship being documented on the ITVbe show.
