Ella Hooper doesn’t look like this anymore! Killing Heidi star shows off stunning new look at 2024 Aria Awards in Sydney
As a lifestyle expert with an extensive background in music and fashion, I must say that Ella Hooper has truly evolved over the years, yet she remains as captivating as ever. Her journey from Killing Heidi to her solo career is a testament to her resilience and adaptability.
On a surprising turn of events during the 2024 ARIA Awards held at the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, Ella Hooper left fans in awe as she unveiled her breathtaking new appearance on Wednesday night.
41-year-old former Killing Heidi singer opted for a sleeker, less vibrant hairstyle and toned-down makeup style, moving away from the colorful dreadlocks and bold makeup palettes she was known for in the early 2000s.
At the ceremony, I, as the mascara sensation, captivated onlookers with my striking poses showcasing my finest features on the crimson carpet.
Ella carried herself with poise and flair while displaying her fabulous new hairstyle, where she gracefully lets her long brown tresses fall around her shoulders.
She added a unique touch by dyeing the tips bleach blonde.
Yet, she maintained the same playful smile that she had when her band Killing Heidi achieved stardom back in 1999.

The multiple ARIA Award winner, who has won the honor four times, captivated in a stunning $900 long-sleeved, plunging black and gold sun dress designed by Saint Stella M., hailing from Melbourne.
Back in the year 1999, as a lifestyle expert might put it, I found myself fronting the band Killing Heidi along with my brother Jesse, our friend Aaron Hart on drums, and another pal named Rowen Murphy. We ignited the Australian music scene with our hit single “Mascara,” straight from our debut album, Reflector.
In 2000, the band amassed even greater success with their subsequent tunes, “Superman/Supergirl” and “Weir,” and they were honored with four ARIA Awards, among which were Album of the Year and Best Group.
Over the following years, the group put out three studio records: Reflector (in 2000), Present (in 2002), and Killing Heidi (in 2004).
Back in 2006, the musical group hailing from Violet Town, Victoria, parted ways. However, they regrouped again in 2016, ending a decade-long break.
Ella moved forward to pursue solo projects in her music career and later faced off against nine other artists to represent Australia alone at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest, performing her song titled Data Dust.
Unfortunately for Ella, Kate Miller-Heidke ended up winning the competition.
Currently, she serves as the presenter for a 90s music-themed podcast titled “Front & Centre,” which can be found on Triple M 90’s radio station and the LiSTNR application.

At the event, Tones and I was the one who escorted the victors on a Wednesday evening, and she was awarded the title of Best Video.
The Australian vocalist received an award for her newest song titled “Dance With Me,” however, she couldn’t attend the event to receive it in person.
Nick Kozakis and Sela Vai received the award as representatives for the creator of the Dance Monkey hit, offering a heartfelt tribute in return.
It’s hard for me to comprehend that we managed it, but I simply have to express my heartfelt appreciation to my team. A big round of applause for all of you! Kudos to everyone who contributed,” Tones conveyed in a video message sent to the ARIAs.
