The 60-year-old actress and model looked fantastic in her swimsuit and shared the two secrets to getting her stunning photos.

She emphasized the importance of both stretching and sun protection, sharing a photo of her sunscreens, a sunhat, and sunglasses.

Elizabeth, a swimwear designer, seemed happy and relaxed as she stretched her arms up and then lounged on a sofa outside.

Earlier this month, Elizabeth shared one thing she avoids to maintain her health and appearance.

She told The Daily Mail that she avoids alcohol except for occasional indulgences when she really wants something special.

She shared that her involvement with the breast cancer foundation really opened her eyes to the importance of health. She believes that prioritizing your well-being naturally leads to a healthier appearance.

Doctors recommend maintaining a healthy weight through exercise and a good diet, and avoiding alcohol. I do my best to follow their advice.

I rarely drink alcohol. And honestly, as I’ve gotten older, it doesn’t seem to agree with me as much as it used to. Now I only have a drink on very special occasions.

I’ve noticed that when she *does* have a drink now and then, the hangovers hit her a lot harder. She says it’s just a sign of getting a little older, but it definitely makes her think twice!

Elizabeth clarified that as people get older, their bodies break down alcohol more slowly, and their livers require more support, so the answer is yes.

The celebrity often shares glamorous photos of herself in bikinis on Instagram, and recently posted a picture wearing a revealing white two-piece.

Elizabeth has recently been starring in new Channel 4 show The Inheritance alongside Rob Rinder.

The actress showcases a wide variety of fashionable looks on the show, and she credits her excellent stylist for making it all effortless.

She explained that finding a stylist with real expertise was crucial, so they hired someone experienced from major fashion magazines. This stylist found some truly amazing outfits.

She seemed new to this type of show – she has a very striking, almost intimidating, high-fashion look. So, I told them there was no need for preliminary fittings or photos. I just asked them to bring a fantastic selection of clothes, and we’d figure it out when she arrived.

I was confident she’d bring something amazing, and we got a preview the night before. Thankfully, she didn’t disappoint!

She’s shared that one of the keys to her youthful appearance and fit physique is surprisingly simple: she stays away from processed foods.

She told The Sydney Morning Herald that she does not subscribe to fad diets. 

She said: ‘My tastes are pretty simple – I don’t drink weird green juices or anything like that.

I’ve always been mindful of my diet, as far back as I can remember. I’ve never been a fan of processed foods, and since my teenage years, I’ve made it a habit to check food labels.

I eat pretty standard meals, like roast chicken with mashed potatoes and a couple of vegetable sides. It’s nothing fancy or unusual,” she explained.

When it comes to workouts, Elizabeth says she prefers gardening at home to formal exercise.  

I don’t go to the gym, but I stay active by always being on the move. I do a lot of gardening, which involves a lot of bending and lifting things.

The actress revealed that the key to her youthful skin is avoiding sun exposure.

Elizabeth often shares photos of herself in bikinis while on vacation, but she makes sure to stay out of the sun when it’s at its strongest.

She recently posted a photo of herself relaxing in the sun and explained her sun protection routine: she only sunbathes before 9 a.m. or after 6 p.m., otherwise she stays under a big umbrella.

She recently shared her secrets to staying fit: prioritizing exercise and eating healthy foods.

I’ve been following her advice for a while now, and one thing that really works for me is avoiding big meals at night. She says – and I totally agree – that eating earlier in the day gives your body plenty of time to digest everything properly, which helps you rest better while you sleep. It’s such a simple tip, but it makes a huge difference!

Elizabeth recently shared with Harper’s Bazaar how she stays in shape, revealing she can still wear the iconic dress held together with a safety pin.

The singer, known for her role in ‘Aria,’ explained that while she doesn’t work out, she stays busy. She also joked that even if an old outfit still fit, she wouldn’t necessarily wear it now, as it might not be suitable for the occasion.
