Elizabeth Hurley, 59, Stuns in Tiny Pink Bikini
Yet again, Elizabeth Hurley proved to be her own best advert as she modelled her swimwear range.
In a striking Instagram post on Wednesday, the woman, aged 59, radiated magnificence while modeling her vibrant £144 Biarritz Bikini in a fiery hot pink color.
Radiating with joy while striking multiple poses in the stunning Maldives, the proud mother showcased her well-defined abs and full chestline, wearing a modest yet revealing swimsuit.
Elizabeth captioned the snap: ‘Kisses from paradise’.
Previously, the actress who starred in “Bedazzled” caused a stir when it was disclosed that the talented young man behind her consistent Instagram posts featuring her in a swimsuit was none other than her son, Damian, aged 22.
Instead, the mother-son pair swiftly responded to any negative feedback, with Elizabeth emphasizing that she feels more at ease when Damian takes her photographs because he takes special care of her.
Over the past few months, Elizabeth, Damian (her sole child from a previous relationship with an American entrepreneur named Steve), has been assisting him in carving out his unique career journey as an emerging film director.
In 2023, I unveiled my first-ever feature film, Strictly Confidential, a project that I had the privilege of writing and directing. The reception, however, wasn’t quite the blaze of glory I had hoped for, with critics offering a more lukewarm response.
A significant portion of the reviews focused on Elizabeth, who played the lead in the movie and engaged in an explicit, lesbian love scene with someone 30 years younger than herself – a scene directed by her own son.
She had mentioned before that it’s quite fascinating since she is a solo parent and he is an only child. As a result, they naturally end up spending a lot of time with each other.
At a very young age, he developed a keen interest in my line of work. By the time he was around nine or ten, he began creating still images and short movies. I provided him with a camcorder, which he used to cast me as the main character in all his productions.
In every production, I found myself taking on the role of the Wicked Queen. My mother, Hugh, and even my former spouse were all part of these films, with each project featuring an expanding cast as the director moved from infant-oriented stories to more mature themes.
For the past decade, he’s essentially been guiding my actions, so it didn’t alter much. I guess I had simply grown accustomed to it.
1994 saw Liz instantly become a familiar figure in homes everywhere, as she walked hand-in-hand with Hugh Grant on the red carpet at the premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral, both dressed elegantly in Versace gowns.
And she credits their relationship for helping her navigate a pivotal time in her life.
Even though they’ve openly stated that they are no longer romantically involved, it’s important to note that they continue to maintain a strong friendship, having parted ways amicably back in 2000.
At the Bazaar At Work summit in December, she mentioned that she and her former partner, Hugh Grant, were together when the event occurred simultaneously for both of them.
Initially, much like myself, he had put in considerable effort and felt he was progressing satisfactorily. However, everything changed when Four Weddings and a Funeral was released; all of a sudden, his success skyrocketed – he became a sensation.
The movie became incredibly popular, causing significant changes. However, there were two of us, which I believe greatly contributed to this success. Being abruptly placed in the limelight can be challenging as our lives aren’t typically prepared for such attention.
She mentioned: “There’s no shield for you. That was quite concerning. In comparison, the media was far more aggressive during the 90s and early 2000s than it is today. I strongly feel that such rudeness isn’t tolerated as much as it once was.
It feels like a special connection forms when you face challenges together. Despite rarely seeing him because he’s married with five kids, he remains deeply important to me.
