As a lifestyle expert with a background in event planning and music production, I find the news of Peking Duk’s Bunnings rave absolutely intriguing and innovative. The idea of transforming a hardware store into a dance venue is an unprecedented concept that challenges the norms of traditional event spaces.

Peking Duk are set to host a rave at hardware store Bunnings.

On Friday, Reuben Styles and Adam Hyde, the lead members of the Australian electronic music band, were featured on The Project to discuss some aspects of their music and lives.

The pair teased turning the party into a full music festival with various rooms with different themes.

“Adam suggested it could develop into a large-scale event with multiple areas, even taking place at a gardening center accompanied by soothing background music.”

“Reuben chuckled and remarked, ‘Plants are the safest things to dance near among all the surroundings here.'”

He remarked, “It seems obvious to us, like a parking lot. But at the same time, we desire to have all the necessary tools and greenery present as well.”

The pair are still undecided about the location for the event, but Adam expressed a liking for Alexandria Bunnings in Sydney.

“Alexandria Bunnings is beautiful,” he remarked lightly. Yet, he mentioned there existed numerous alternatives, among them being locations in Brisbane.

A famous shopping spot is planning to hold the first-ever “Bunnings rave” in one of its large warehouses in August, sparked by a surprise and rapidly spreading TikTok trend encouraging a techno party at any Bunnings site.

Peking Duk’s TikTok account took the lead, transforming Bunnings’ well-known TV commercial tune into an electrifying dance track and enthusiastically dancing along in the video.

In a recent video posted to the channel, Peking Duk confirmed the rave was happening.

Reuben expressed his excitement: “Based on public feedback, Bunnings has decided to make this change. You all played a significant role in bringing about this development. I can hardly believe it – we’re going to party with Bunnings!”

Based on my personal experiences and lack of specific information, I suggest choosing a location that holds significance to you or where you believe everyone would enjoy. It could be a favorite spot from your childhood memories, a beautiful state with scenic views, or even at a Bunnings store if it’s known for hosting great events. The important thing is to consider what would make this party special and memorable for the people attending.

‘Where are we going to do this? Let’s party, let’s rave.’

A Bunnings spokeswoman confirmed the rave would happen sometime in August.

“It’s been delightful for us to observe Australians from every corner sharing their excitement about the Bunnings rave,” the representative stated.

I’m thrilled to announce that along with Peking Duk, What So Not, and Kaila, we’ve discovered a solution to deliver an unforgettable experience for the audience – the Bunnings Warehouse Party is set to take place towards the end of August.

‘More details to come soon. Watch this space.’

A lively TikTok trend started when music producer Kaila, aged 19, shared a video proposing a huge rave party at Bunnings Warehouse. She accompanied her post with the caption “Let’s make this happen!” and included an edited Bunnings dance tune as background music.

As an obsessed fan, I can’t get enough of Peking Duk’s music, and when they dropped their remix, I was thrilled! Instead of the usual club setting, they took it to a whole new level. Picture this: the pair of them losing their minds in a Bunnings store. Yes, you read that right – a home improvement store! They were raving amongst the aisles, dancing on an escalator, turning an ordinary shopping experience into an extraordinary musical adventure.
