The competition will take place directly within eFootball and consist of three stages. You’ll begin by completing challenges against the AI, then move on to player-versus-player matches, and finally, a ranking event will determine the overall winners.
As a big fan, I’m really excited about the changes coming to the Mobile division! They’re switching to a 2v2 format, just like the Console version, which is awesome for anyone who loves playing with a teammate. Just so you know, all the matches will be played using Dream Team mode.
The schedule is as follows:
| Stage | Event | Dates | Details |
|---|---|---|---|
| Round 1 | AI Challenges | 12 to 19 February | Players must complete VS AI Challenge Events to advance to Round 2. |
| Round 2 | PvP Challenge Event | 12 to 19 February | Players must complete PvP Challenge Events to qualify for the Ranking Event in Round 3. |
| Round 3 | PvP Ranking Event | 20 to 23 February | Players compete in PvP matches to secure the top ranking position. |
Players who rank higher will be considered for nomination by their national FIFA associations. The final rankings will be available on FIFA.GG right after the event ends.
FIFAe World Cup 2026 Challenger Series: Qualification and Criteria
Simply playing well in the game isn’t enough to qualify. You also need to sign up on FIFA.GG, create your player profile, connect your Konami account, and choose a national team to represent. To be eligible, you must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid passport from that country.
Okay, so after the Challenger Series wraps up, each country’s football association will pick who represents them. Then, there’ll be a bunch of qualifying tournaments to see which nations actually get to compete in the FIFAe World Cup 2026 – it’s happening in Fall 2026, so there’s still time to grind and qualify!
