It’s time to get excited! I’m referring to the “Offensive Mastermind” pack available in the future edition of eFootball, which is eFootball 2026. This pack features three striker picks, all of whom are offensive players. The team consists of Erling Haaland, Romelu Lukaku, and Kaoru Mitoma.
Each of the trio boasts impressive numbers on paper, suggesting a promising team composition. However, it’s crucial to evaluate their performance within the current game environment before finalizing our teams. Thus, let me share my thoughts and conclusions regarding these three options.
eFootball 2026 Show Time Offensive Genius players
This is a 150-player pack, and all three get a Show Time skill. Haaland and Mitoma get two each.
Erling Haaland
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Fox in the Box
- Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Finishing and Bullet Header
In simpler terms, Haaland stands out as the standout figure of this team and the main reason fans might root for it. His statistics are quite impressive, and not one to be left behind, he boasts two exceptional striker abilities known as Show Time skills. Despite his lower balance figures, he benefits from the Phenomenal Finishing attribute which significantly improves his overall performance on the field.
With the Bullet Header at his disposal, he poses a significant threat to defenders during crosses, and his substantial build proves useful for weaving through defenders and claiming headers. His speed, both off the ball and with it, is commendable, except that I feel there could be an improvement in his dribbling abilities.

Hiding in scoring zones, always poised to attack, this player exhibits an impressive blend of strength and speed that makes it easy for him to shake off defenders. I noticed that his balance seemed superior to other cards as well. His shot power is incredibly strong, reminiscent of a rocket’s force.
Given all that’s been discussed, it could be challenging for players to adjust to him, especially those unfamiliar with the intricacies of the “Fox in the Box” playstyle. Frankly, this style requires a bit of time to grasp, and if your game relies heavily on passing, Erling Haaland might occasionally leave you feeling frustrated due to his style of play.
Romelu Lukaku
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Showtime Skill: Visionary Pass
This card perplexes me a bit as I can’t recall a striker being assigned solely with a “Visionary Pass” as a “Show Time skill”. While it’s a potent ability typically found on Second Strikers (SS), it’s Lukaku who has it. Consequently, he gains an enhancement in passing, making him beneficial for link-up plays.

Discussing the card, Lukaku emerges as another powerful striker alternative in this set, yet not quite up to Haaland’s caliber. It’s intriguing due to their nearly identical statistics, but Haaland boasts a more advanced Player ID and has two strong Center Forward abilities.
He’s built like a tank, giving him an edge in the game, but his shooting is less precise, scoring an 8 out of 10. He’s fast and skilled with the ball, although sometimes slows down, making him a decent choice as a striker.
Kaoru Mitoma
- Position: LMF
- Playing Style: Cross Specialist
- Showtime Skill: Momentum Dribbling and Acceleration Burst
Here’s an enjoyable scenario for skillful players with two forward options presented. However, there’s a unique aspect to note. The player Mitoma performs exceptionally well according to statistics, particularly in dribbling where his numbers are robust and sometimes exceed 100.

Advancing play style works well too; it encourages him to move forward and generate opportunities to score. The card also enables him to maneuver within and create scoring opportunities for himself, and he possesses a reasonable finishing ability. He boasts two strong ball-handling abilities, making him effortless to control on the field.
Using a more conversational tone, the sentence could be rephrased as: “Using the Cross Specialist technique, he spreads out his arms quite far. It would have been fitting to use the Edged Crossing move in this instance. Combining the Edged Crossing and Acceleration Burst playstyles would be incredibly powerful, but I suspect the creators are saving those moves for another card.
Verdict on the eFootball 2026 Show Time Offensive Genius players
As a die-hard gamer, let me tell you about this pack – it’s got some serious firepower, but there’s an imbalance I can’t help but notice. Haaland is hands down the top pick here, he’s a game-changer! Mitoma isn’t far behind; he’s the most thrilling of the three, no doubt about it. I’d rate this pack pretty high, because you’ve got Haaland as your go-to starter card. But the other two options might face some competition down the line. Keep an eye out for more potent packs!
Pack Rating: 3 out of 5
