eFootball 2026 is easily one of the top football games available on mobile devices. Over time, it’s been updated with new features and player types. A special skill players can develop in the game is called ‘Show Time’.
These skills were originally created for a specific group of players, but are now available to Epic and Big Time players too. Let’s take a look at what Show Time skills are and how they function.
List of Show Time skills in eFootball 2026
As of now, we have nine Show Time skills available in the game.
Phenomenal Finishing
- Recommended Position: CF
- Player Example: Germany Epic Karl Heinz Rummenigge
Phenomenal Finishing helps players make more accurate shots, especially when they’re off-balance or in difficult positions. It doesn’t increase shot power, but it improves reliability and precision, even when under pressure or when a player’s balance is compromised. This makes it a valuable skill in close games or challenging situations.
Phenomenal Pass
- Recommended Position: CMF, AMF
- Player Example: Spanish League Epic Andres Iniesta
Players can now make incredibly accurate passes with the new ‘Phenomenal Pass’ feature. It significantly improves passing precision, even when players are facing away from their target or in difficult positions. This reduces mistakes during important plays and makes long passes and through balls much more reliable, no matter how the player is oriented.
Blitz Curler
- Recommended Position: WF, CF
- Player Example: MSN Barcelona Lionel Messi
The Blitz Curler lets players make their shots curve more sharply, throwing off goalkeepers and making it harder to predict where the puck will go. It’s a particularly useful skill for players who are good at finesse shots, giving them a significant advantage in one-on-one plays.

Visionary Pass
- Recommended Position: CMF, AMF, WF
- Player Example: Show Time Kevin De Bruyne
Visionary Pass makes passing more accurate and reduces mistakes. Players who receive a pass from someone with this skill will also have better first touches, be able to make quicker one-touch passes, and take better one-time shots. This makes it a really useful skill for players who focus on creating plays for their team.
Bullet Header
- Recommended Position: CF
- Player Example: MSN FC Barcelona Luis Suarez
Phenomenal Finishing: Header is a skill that enhances your ability to score with headers. It increases both the power and consistency of downward headers, making them more likely to go in, even when you’re not perfectly positioned. While headers aren’t always the easiest way to score, this skill makes them a more reliable option.
Momentum Dribbling
- Recommended Position: WF, AMF
- Player Example: Show Time Vinicius Junior
Momentum dribbling helps players touch the ball more often while dribbling, giving them tighter control. It makes movement smoother, especially in crowded areas, and is a great technique for skilled players when they’re close to the opponent’s goal.
Edged Crossing
- Recommended Position: WF, LB/RB
- Player Example: Spanish League Epic Luis Figo
The Edged Crossing skill changes how crosses fly, causing the ball to drop sharply downwards instead of curving sideways. You’ll see a noticeable dip just before the pass reaches its target. This also makes regular crosses more accurate, even if you’re using your weaker foot, provided the player has good weak foot accuracy.
Fortress
- Recommended Position: CB, DMF, LB/RB
- Player Example: Germany Epic Lotthar Matthaus
As a fan, I’ve been looking at the ‘Fortress’ trait, and it’s interesting! Basically, if your team is winning at halftime, it gives a small 5% boost to how well they defend – things like tackling, being aggressive, and winning challenges. It’s not going to suddenly win you the game, but it can help you hold onto a lead in the second half and gives a little extra defensive stability. Honestly, it’s most useful in specific situations, so it’s not a super versatile trait.
Game-Changing Pass
- Recommended Position: CMF, AMF
- Player Example: Show Time Bellingham
The ‘Game-Changing Pass’ trait slightly improves the accuracy of short and high passes-about 10%-during the second half if your team is behind or tied. Although it can help when trying to come back, it only works in specific situations, so it’s not a hugely valuable skill overall.
Aerial Fort
- Recommended Position: CB
- Player Example: Show Time Ruben Dias
The January 2025 update introduced the ‘Aerial Fort’ skill, initially available with players like Ruben Dias, Virgil Van Dijk, and Jonathan Tah. This skill improves a player’s performance in aerial challenges within their own penalty area. Players using Aerial Fort showed strong aerial ability, making it particularly effective when combined with the ‘Bullet Header’ skill.
Acceleration Burst
- Recommended Position: WF
- Player Example: Big Time Neymar

The latest update, version 4.3.0, introduced a new skill called Acceleration Burst to eFootball 2026. This Show Time skill allows players to quickly perform a Sharp Touch, even while stationary or moving slowly, making it easier to change direction and escape defenders. It’s a simple yet effective skill to use.
Long-Reach Tackle
- Recommended Position: CB, LB/RB, DMF
- Player Example: Show Time Saliba
A new skill that some might consider “pay-to-win” is now available. This skill boosts a player’s ability to successfully perform standing tackles, even against opponents who are a bit further away. The great thing about it is that you don’t need to be running to use it effectively – it works even when you’re standing still or moving slowly.
GK Directing Defense
- Recommended Position: GK
- Player Example: Show Time Diogo Costa
This ‘Show Time’ skill quietly improves the defense of players positioned in your own half of the field. It’s not displayed during a match, but it probably increases their defensive stats. This is a helpful addition for goalkeepers, who previously didn’t have a specific ‘Show Time’ ability.
Low Screamer
- Recommended Position: CF, SS, AMF, CMF, RMF/LMF
- Player Example: Epic Gerrard

Low Screamer improves your Stunning Shots, making them faster and hit harder. If your Power Gauge is less than half full, using the command will perform a quick, low shot instead of a typical arching one. Unlike dipping shots, this focuses on speed and a direct hit.
Show Time Skills Tier List in eFootball 2026
Based on my experience using these skills, here’s how I’d rank them. Keep in mind this is my personal opinion, formed after testing each skill with different characters, and others might find them useful in different ways.
Tier | Skills |
---|---|
SSS (Overpowered) | Blitz Curler |
S (Strong) | Phenomenal Finishing, Phenomenal Pass, Acceleration Burst, Aerial Fort, Long-Reach Tackle |
A (Good) | Momentum Dribbling, Edged Crossing, Low Screamer |
B (Average) | Bullet Header, Visionary Pass |
C (Below Average) | Fortress, Game-Changing Pass, GK Directing Defense |
I really noticed a difference when using the Blitz Curler skill in my game. My Messi card (MSN Epic Barcelona Messi) consistently scored more goals than other comparable cards. For players who like to cut inside and take their time, this is, in my opinion, the most effective goal-scoring skill currently available.
Exceptional abilities have proven useful in numerous cards. You can clearly see the impact of defensive skills like Aerial Fort and Long-Reach Tackle, and Acceleration Burst is also noticeable.
The newest skill available right now is called Low Screamer. It lets you take accurate, stunning shots, though they aren’t as powerful or quick as other options. It’s useful, but it’s not overpowered or particularly strong.
