KONAMI’s popular football game, eFootball, is getting regular updates with new features, events, and collectible cards and managers. The newest addition to eFootball 2026 is the FC Barcelona 25-26 Club Pack, which includes 11 players and the team’s current manager.

A notable new feature is that every card now includes a high rating and a booster. The Manager also now supports Link-Up play. I’ve spent a good amount of time testing the pack, and here’s my review of the Barcelona FC 25-26 Club Pack.

This pack includes one booster that benefits all players, but you may need to combine several boosters to get the effect you want. It costs 1500 coins.

Hansi Flick’s manager card, released on September 25th, offers a versatile tactical approach, blending ball possession with fast counter-attacks. Its emphasis on diagonal long passes helps connect the midfield to the attack, allowing creative and forward-thinking players to effectively find space and create opportunities.

It’s surprising they didn’t give him an 89 rating in both Possession and Quick Counter Manager Playstyles. Those are the most popular styles, and it seems likely they’re holding those versions for a 750-coin pack.

Pedri

  • Position: CMF
  • Playstyle: Box to Box

Pedri remains a vital player in midfield, and his ability to contribute both defensively and offensively makes him involved in every part of the game. He still has fantastic ball control and dribbling skills, which help him stay calm even when facing pressure.

He distributes the ball accurately and consistently, effectively linking up play in midfield. However, a more creative, playmaking role might actually be a better fit for his abilities, as this card emphasizes control and possession, similar to other Pedri cards.

Lamine Yamal

  • Position: RMF
  • Playstyle: Creative Playmaker

Lamine Yamal is a real standout player, especially with his impressive dribbling and quick acceleration. He moves very fluidly with the ball, and playing on the right wing allows him to easily create opportunities, whether by passing to teammates or driving towards the goal.

He’s not known for his strength, so it’s best to use him strategically against tougher opponents and avoid putting him in direct physical battles. This card highlights his ability to break down defenses and create good passing combinations for Hansi.

Raphinha

  • Position: LMF
  • Playstyle: Hole Player

Okay, so I just checked out Raphinha’s stats, and he’s definitely a speedster! He’s all about getting forward quickly and making those runs down the wing. He can really pull defenses apart with his pace. Honestly though, his dribbling stats feel a little low for my taste – I was hoping for a bit more there.

While cutting inside can be effective, it doesn’t consistently lead to clear scoring opportunities, despite a high success rate of around 88%. He’s a good choice if your team focuses on quick attacks, but many coaches would likely use him as a traditional winger rather than in a more central, playmaking role.

Jules Koundé

  • Position: RB
  • Playstyle: Defensive Full-back

Jules Kounde is a dependable defender known for his stability. He’s quick enough to make up ground when defending and is difficult for attackers to get past. He prioritizes defensive responsibility, meaning he doesn’t often venture too far up the field, which makes him a strong, reliable presence at the back, even if it limits his offensive contributions.

Ronald Araújo

  • Position: CB
  • Playstyle: Destroyer

Araújo isn’t at his peak, but he’s a great fit for a defensive powerhouse, relying on his strength and aggressive tackling to win challenges. He excels in aerial duels and is physically imposing, making him a reliable option against the strong, physical forwards that KONAMI has been creating lately.

While he’s not the most agile with the ball and can sometimes struggle against fast attackers, he remains a reliable defender. He’s lost a bit of pace, but still offers solid defensive positioning and strong tackling ability – a dependable, no-frills center-back.

Frenkie de Jong

  • Position: DMF
  • Playstyle: Orchestrator

As a fan, I’ve been really impressed with De Jong’s Orchestrator card. He’s exactly what you’d hope for in a deep-lying playmaker – super calm and dependable when he has the ball. What really stands out is his passing; both his short, quick passes and his lofted balls are top-notch. He’s fantastic at starting attacks from deep and smoothly transitioning play forward.

As a fan, I’ve been really impressed with his defensive ability. He’s solid when he goes in for tackles and seems to anticipate plays well, which means he’s great at shielding our defense. The game automatically sets him up with a pretty good defensive midfield build, but honestly, I think he shines even more as a central midfielder alongside a more naturally powerful, physical defensive midfielder. That combo just works so well!

Dani Olmo

  • Position: AMF
  • Playstyle: Creative Playmaker

I’ve been having a blast with Olmo! He’s seriously fun to play with. His dribbling is so smooth and he’s really tight with the ball, which means I can weave through defenders pretty easily. If you’re good at dribbling, you can really push up the field with him. Plus, his passes feel really crisp and accurate, and he can even surprise the keeper with a long shot, even if it’s not a rocket!

He’s a flexible player who can fit into many formations, but he’d be even more effective as an attacking midfielder. He’s skilled at dribbling and scoring, and could also excel as a strong defensive midfielder.

Pau Cubarsí

  • Position: CB
  • Playstyle: Build Up

At just 18 years old, Cubarsí is a strong centre-back with excellent build-up play. He’s been receiving some impressive cards recently, and while his latest ‘Show Time’ card is perhaps his best yet, this current card is still very effective. He’s a good passer and confident bringing the ball forward from the back.

He’s a strong and reliable defender in one-on-one situations and good in the air, although he isn’t as powerfully built as Araújo. If you’re using his version from the Spanish League, he won’t be much of an improvement, and you’ll still need to train his Heading and Aerial Superiority skills.

Joan García

  • Position: GK
  • Playstyle: Offensive Goalkeeper

Barça fans will be pleased to hear Joan Garcia is available as a goalkeeper. He’s a reliable shot-stopper with quick reflexes – typically in the mid-80s, but capable of reaching the 90s – meaning he generally performs well even when the pressure is on.

This goalkeeper likes to move upfield and participate in building attacks, which suits Barcelona’s playing style. However, compared to the best goalkeepers in eFootball, this card isn’t particularly impressive and is best used as a squad member, especially if you’re building a Barcelona team.

Alejandro Balde

  • Position: LB
  • Playstyle: Offensive Wingback

Balde is a very fast left-sided player, known for his quickness and ability to get behind defenders. He excels at making runs down the line to create width and opportunities for crosses or combining with teammates for fast attacks.

He’s okay defensively, but not exceptionally strong, so he needs support when he attacks. While this card isn’t a massive improvement over his free version – aside from being a bit better on defense – it’s still a good addition to any team.

Marcus Rashford

  • Position: LWF
  • Playstyle: Cross Specialist

Even the lowest-rated card in this set is a solid choice for free-to-play players. Rashford is unique, playing as a Cross Specialist, which is different than how he usually performs. He’s incredibly fast and quick, allowing him to easily get past defenders and deliver accurate crosses into the penalty area.

It’s ironic, because this card isn’t very good for a team focused on passing. Its passing ability is quite poor. It could be a usable backup player in games against the computer, but in player-versus-player battles, there are definitely better choices available now.
