eFootball 2026 Epic National Midfielders (Totti, Platini, Rosický) pack review

Okay, so I just pulled an awesome Epic pack in eFootball 2026! It’s part of the National Midfielders promotion, and seriously, the players are incredible. I got three attacking midfielders – Francesco Totti, Michel Platini, and Tomáš Rosický. Talk about a dream midfield!

These three players all seem like good choices, but it might be tough to play them all since you can typically only start two AMFs to maintain a balanced team. Still, let’s take a closer look at who deserves a chance.

eFootball 2026 Epic National Midfielders players

Francesco Totti

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
  • Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Finishing and Low Screamer

Totti immediately feels like a well-rounded, classic attacking midfielder – a player who needs no introduction. He has a great physique and ten stats above 90, making this arguably his best card yet in terms of statistics. The numbers themselves confirm this is a classic Totti player card.

He has excellent ball control and keeps possession well, and his shooting is accurate enough to justify the ‘Phenomenal Finishing’ skill. However, ‘Felt Low Screamer’ didn’t really work for him – skills like ‘Phenomenal Pass’ or ‘Momentum Dribbling’ would have been a better fit.

He’s also good at passing. It’s not flashy, but he reliably connects the midfield to the attack. He focuses on finding space and making the key pass, rather than making a lot of runs like a second forward, even with a playmaker role.

Adding him to the team gives you a reliable player to change the game’s direction when needed. He’s skilled enough to play as a center forward, second striker, or attacking midfielder, but I think he’d be most effective as a second striker, where his performance really shines late in matches.

Michel Platini

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Hole Player
  • Showtime Skill: Momentum Dribbling and Visionary Pass

Hole Player Platini is a fantastic player to add to your team. Compared to last year’s version, this update includes two new skills along with improved stats. He excels at dribbling – his numbers show he has excellent first touch, close control, and moves effortlessly with the ball.

My player is even better than Totti in several key areas – I have twelve stats rated over 90, which is exceptional. The Momentum Dribbling skill feels comparable to his, and it lets me simplify my dribbling style. Plus, having Visionary Pass makes me a more creative attacking player.

What stands out about this card is that Platini plays more like a playmaker who takes advantage of openings rather than a direct attacker. While he’s listed as a ‘Hole Player,’ most players with that designation focus on making runs. Platini is versatile and can effectively shoot, pass, or dribble depending on what the game needs.

Honestly, one of the best things about this player is his ability to use both feet equally well – it really opens up options for me. I can slot him in as a Shadow Striker or an Advanced Midfielder, but I think he’s way better at SS. The only real downside? His long-range shooting isn’t great, unfortunately.

Tomáš Rosický

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Hole Player
  • Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Pass

Rosicky is a surprisingly good choice, and this card gives him a nice stat increase. He excels at ball control and keeping possession, and his dribbling makes him excellent at quickly changing direction and creating opportunities.

Hole Player suits his style perfectly – he consistently makes well-timed runs and excels at maneuvering with the ball in crowded areas. He also works well with Phenomenal Pass, as he’s already skilled at delivering accurate through balls to teammates.

He’s a solid player, but with so many similar options available, he doesn’t offer a significant improvement over what we already have.

Verdict on the eFootball 2026 National Midfielders players

I think all three players are solid choices, but the first two are particularly strong for the late game, and could have been even better with the Show Time skills. It would have been nice to see players for all positions in this pack, as spending coins on just one AMF player doesn’t feel like a good value.
