Gerrard is a well-rounded midfielder who excels at both attacking and defending. His stats really tell the story – he covers a lot of ground and impacts every part of the game. He’s strong in challenges, relentlessly pressures opponents, and consistently delivers precise passes of all lengths.

This player excels at long-range shots thanks to his ‘Low Screamer’ ability, which significantly increases their power and speed. He’s a strong finisher who can improve his scoring numbers with a little focus. Plus, he has the endurance to play a full game and the strength to handle physical challenges.

He’s a skilled dribbler and a solid defender, though his aerial ability isn’t his strongest suit – which is understandable. This card boasts impressive speed, hitting the 90s, which is great to see. While I still think Matthaus is the top all-around midfielder, Gerrard’s attacking skills could make him a standout choice.

Rivaldo

Rivaldo is a surprisingly strong card that often gets overlooked. Players haven’t always embraced classic number 10-style players like him, but this version is different – he’s designed as a ‘Hole Player.’ This makes him a fantastic option for attacking midfield or striker positions, and I highly recommend checking him out.

Rivaldo is an attacking player known for his skillful dribbling and powerful shots. He’s versatile, comfortable playing centrally or starting from the wings. His Momentum Dribbling ability further enhances his agility, letting you customize his other stats to fit your team’s needs.

Rivaldo is a highly skilled player with exceptional ball control, a precise touch, and powerful shooting ability. While he isn’t the fastest, his speed is sufficient for a playmaker, and he’s remarkably well-rounded in this position, possessing no significant weaknesses.

Ideally, use him as a Shadow Striker, as he’s potentially one of the best in that role after Pelé, especially when his playstyle is activated. Including the Outside Curler skill is also a good idea.

Roberto Carlos

  • Position: LB
  • Playing Style: Offensive Wingback
  • Show Time Skill: Low Screamer and Edged Crossing

Roberto Carlos is a dynamic and attacking wingback, essentially playing like a forward. He’s incredibly fast and quick, making his runs down the sideline difficult for defenders to contain, and he has the energy to maintain that level of play throughout the entire game.

Low Screamer is known for his powerful long-range shots. However, like with the Gerrard card, his finishing could be improved, ideally to the mid-80s. When paired with the Edged Crossing trait, he consistently delivers accurate and dangerous crosses into the box, and his passing stats are already quite good.

He’s good at winning tackles and pressing opponents, but he truly shines when moving forward, not defending. While his size can make it tough in aerial battles, and he occasionally gets caught out of position when attacking, I believe his strengths are best utilized playing him as a left midfielder to maximize his offensive contributions.

Verdict on the eFootball 2026 Epic Low Screamer players

This set of player cards is particularly engaging thanks to the new ‘Show Time’ ability. Gerrard is a key player, providing a well-rounded skillset with good shooting, passing, and overall balance – he’s a dependable option for the midfield. Rivaldo also appears strong, and will be a great pick for players who enjoy creative, skillful attackers who can finish well.

Roberto Carlos is a lively and quick player, but full-backs generally don’t have as much influence in eFootball as midfielders or attackers. However, his powerful shots and pace make him a fun player to use. The new pack offers a welcome update, and you can be among the first to try out the latest skills.
