I’m really excited about the latest update to eFootball 2026! They’ve added Christian Vieri in a special 50-player draw, which is awesome. What I like is that the odds seem better than usual for these packs, so it’s a great chance to snag a powerful, old-school striker like Vieri and really boost my attack!
Vieri was always a powerful player, strong in the air, and a clinical finisher, qualities that could still cause problems for defenders today. But with so many excellent forwards already available, does this special version of him really offer something different? Here’s my opinion.

Christian Vieri was a straightforward striker – you always knew what to expect from him. He wasn’t about flashy moves; he was a classic number nine, strong enough to dominate defenders and reliable at finishing goals. And judging by his stats, he was consistently good at everything he did.
This player excels in several important areas, reminiscent of classic 90s-era cards: finishing, heading, physical strength, speed, and quickness. These qualities alone make him a strong contender in the current game. He’s powerful, fast, and good at winning aerial duels. With physical strikers becoming increasingly effective in the game now, this player’s skillset is a perfect fit.
This player appears to have a rare combination of skills: he can effectively control defenders, quickly change direction, and still manage to get a shot off. He’s also very strong in the air, with excellent jumping ability and heading skills, making him dangerous on crosses. Importantly, despite his height, he doesn’t seem to lack speed or agility.
His combination of speed and power is what makes him a threat. While his passing isn’t a weakness, it’s important to be realistic – he won’t offer the blistering pace of Rummenigge, the dazzling dribbling of Mbappe, or the clever runs of Inzaghi. This card isn’t about those specific qualities.
Compared to his card in Epic Italy, this version of Vieri isn’t quite as strong. The previous card had two top-tier abilities – Phenomenal Finishing and Blitz Curler – that made him a real standout. This new card doesn’t offer that same level of game-changing potential.

Should you spin for the Christian Vieri pack in eFootball 2026
Even if you played the previous Italy Epic version, this is a solid choice. However, if you already own the older Vieri player, this new one isn’t a significant upgrade. If you’re looking for a new striker, this is a good pick, especially with the starting discount – it’s hard to go wrong!
