eFootball 2026 CAF Africa Cup of Nations 25 vol.2 pack review

We’ve looked at the first volume of the CAF Africa Cup of Nations 25 pack in eFootball 2026, and now we’re moving on to three more featured players in volume 2. This pack includes Rayan Aït-Nouri, Kalidou Koulibaly, and Frank Kessié. Here’s a detailed review and our thoughts on these players and the pack itself.

Players in the CAF Africa Cup of Nations 25 vol.2 pack in eFootball 2026

You have a really good chance of getting a Show Time card from this pack – there are three of them for every 75 players.

Rayan Aït-Nouri

  • Position: LB
  • Playing Style: Offensive Wingback
  • Show Time Skills: Edged Crossing and Acceleration Burst

Ait-Nouri immediately looks like a dynamic, attacking full-back. He’s built to contribute to the offense, frequently joining attacks by running forward and overlapping, and his in-game skills reflect that focus.

He’s noticeably quick and has great stamina, which makes him perform really well on the field. While his defensive stats suggest he’s solid and won’t be a liability, he definitely lacks technical skill.

What position suits this player best? It looks like left midfield (LMF) is the ideal choice. When built for that role, he reaches a score of 104, which is very strong, and all his stats are excellent, truly maximizing his potential.

Kalidou Koulibaly

  • Position: CB
  • Playing Style: Destroyer
  • Show Time Skills: Aerial Fort

This card reminded me of a top player from the past – almost like today’s Rudiger. He was incredibly strong and always seemed dependable. Playing with this card felt like the classic version of Kouli was back in form.

He’s a naturally gifted physical player, excelling in one-on-one challenges and dominating in the air. He’s an assertive defender who isn’t afraid to join the attack, and his combination of heading ability, jumping power, and height makes him a significant threat, especially when challenging for aerial balls.

All center backs could benefit from the One Touch Pass skill, as they sometimes take too long to distribute the ball – I noticed this especially with Koulibaly. If you’re looking for a build that matches your preferred playstyle, I recommend a 7-6-10-13 setup.

Franck Kessié

  • Position: CMF
  • Playing Style: Box to Box
  • Show Time Skills: Long-Reach Tackle

Kessie’s player card is designed to be a solid, hard-working midfielder. He doesn’t have any immediately striking abilities, but a closer look reveals he excels at winning challenges, aggressively pressing opponents, and maintaining control of the game’s flow.

He’s in excellent physical condition, which should translate to strength in competitions. He’ll be tough to move off the ball and capable of maintaining high energy levels throughout a game. He’s consistently been a dependable player.

What position suits him best? Central Midfielder, Defensive Midfielder, or even Center Back? I think Center Back is unlikely. Considering his abilities and our current team, Defensive Midfielder is his strongest position. If we could improve his heading and aerial skills, he could effectively play as a hybrid Central/Defensive Midfielder.

Should you spin for CAF Africa Cup of Nations 25 vol.2 in eFootball 2026

The first volume focused heavily on offensive players, but this second volume provides a better balance by highlighting defensive players. It’s a comprehensive set with 150 player cards, and this time includes six ‘Show Time’ options along with six starter cards.

This is a great option for players who aren’t spending money. These players are consistently good and can immediately improve your team and compete well. The main thing to watch out for is how they’re performing recently, as that can affect how consistently they play well. But if they’re in good form, they’re a solid pick.

Pack Rating: 3.5 out of 5
