Bale’s representation on the field is nothing short of stunning, embodying an exceptional winger who excels at darting in from the right flank to unleash powerful shots or deliver pinpoint crosses. His agility and precision make him a formidable force.

In a game where physicality has been the key for quite some time, Bale stands out as an exceptional choice. With his skills, you can’t go wrong.

2024 wasn’t exactly kind to me when it came to loot boxes, but man, what a year! However, it seems my streak of bad luck has returned. I spent every last coin on trying to snag Bale, yet he remains elusive. But let me tell you, from the times I’ve faced him in online events, that guy can dance around defenders like no one’s business! His player ID gives him this uncanny ability to glide past them with ease, and his speed? Forget about it, any full-back stands no chance against him.

Regarding the shooting incident, it’s worth noting that having exceptional finishing skills significantly enhances any player, so even Bale reaps this advantage. He boasts impressive finishing, curling, and powerful kicks, making him a deadly menace from within and beyond the penalty area. If his Finishing is in the 90s and his Physical Contact is also boosted to the 90s, you’ll witness an extraordinary Center Forward, Second Striker, or Right Winger Forward hybrid that is virtually unstoppable.

Andriy Shevchenko

Position: CF
Playing Style: Goal Poacher
Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Finishing

Shevchenko appears as a striker’s ideal target, demonstrating an extraordinary talent for converting opportunities that many other players would fail to capitalize on. His card offers a superb blend of speed and accuracy, and if you possess his individual upgrade, you’ll understand my point. By merging his keen offensive instincts with his finishing skills, it becomes evident that he consistently finds himself in the optimal spots to seize crosses or long passes.

This player’s speed and quickness are astonishing, allowing him to easily outrun defenders, particularly in counter-attacks. What sets him apart is his exceptional shooting skills, especially from long distances – he can shoot accurately from virtually any spot on the field and remains a significant threat. His heading skills are reliable, and while he could improve his use of his weaker foot, his stronger one more than compensates for it.

Roberto Baggio

Position: CF
Playing Style: Deep-Lying Forward
Showtime Skill: Momentum Dribbling

In the 2024 edition, this player was my initial focus as Baggio’s Italy card proved exceptional. He appears to excel as a skilled deep-lying forward, seamlessly combining exceptional technical prowess with inventive playmaking. His dribbling and ball control are outstanding, and his offensive intuition ensures he consistently finds the right spots to make impactful plays.

His shooting abilities are precise, particularly when it comes to shots taken within the penalty area or from long distances. This is due to his exceptional long-range and curving shots. His swift speed and acceleration make him a consistent danger during counterattacks. To enhance his overall gameplay, I recommend improving his passing skills and utilizing his talents as a Second Striker (SS). Specifically, focusing on one-touch passes and through balls would be beneficial, increasing his playmaking potential.

Andy Cole

Position: CF
Playing Style: Goal Poacher

After completing the best Showtime skill cards, let’s shift our focus to other valuable items. Now, it might catch you off guard, but if you’ve successfully acquired this card, a hearty congratulations are in order! You’ve obtained one of the strikers who lacks significant flaws. Cole is a versatile and strong asset on offense, excelling in both heading and finishing goals, and even demonstrating a good weak foot.

This player’s ball control is impressive, particularly for someone like him, showing excellent command over the ball and the agility to maneuver around defenders when necessary. His speed and acceleration give him the agility to make swift runs towards the goal, and his powerful kicks allow him to challenge goalkeepers from a distance. While passing isn’t his forte, he can still contribute effectively to team play using quick, precise, one-touch passes.

Stefano Fiore

Position: RMF
Playing Style: Hole Player

In other words, he’s the only player I’ve used so far, and I can confidently attest to his skills. Stefano Fiore is an exceptional hole player who excels in dribbling and ball control. His touch on the ball appears almost magical, as if defenders effortlessly slide away from him. Additionally, his skillful maneuvering around opponents with tight possession is truly impressive.

With his impressive speed and quick acceleration, it’s hard to halt him once he starts moving. His precise short and long passes are noteworthy. I designed him as a winger, but his goal-scoring ability surprised me, he’s remarkably accurate in the penalty area. Moreover, his powerful kicks make him threatening from a distance too. Enhancing his passing skills will allow for some outstanding crosses. In summary, Fiore is a formidable player with exceptional speed, precision, and power.

Ray Parlour

Position: RMF
Playing Style: Box-to-Box

You’ve got a versatile midfielder who can play as a central midfielder and also on the wings. To clarify, Ray Parlour is a player who excels in both defensive and offensive roles, offering solid stats across the board. However, it’s up to you to decide how best to utilize him in your team setup. While Fiore and Parlour share the same positions, they are distinct players in terms of their playstyles.

As a gamer, I’ve been loving Parlour! He’s got this unique knack for chipping in on both defense and offense, which is pretty neat. When it comes to playstyle, he can push forward, boost attacks with decent finishing skills and even dabble in some long-range shooting fun. Plus, his speed is something else – he covers ground like nobody’s business! I reckon an AMF or CMF build will really make him shine on the pitch.

Ze Roberto

Position: LMF
Playing Style: Cross Specialist

Originally, the Zé Roberto card from the box draw with the Season Tickets didn’t impress me much. At first glance, his playstyle and stats didn’t resonate with me. Despite his flashy moves, I struggled to see any real value in him. However, the recent update of this card has completely transformed my opinion about it.

In a fresh redesign, Zé Roberto transforms into a unique powerhouse. Serving as a Cross Specialist at LMF, he’s often referred to as a mini-Beckham with a dash of flair. While his dribbling skills mirror those, the added playstyle makes him an exceptional asset if you have forwards anticipating crosses in the penalty area. Offensively, he poses a significant threat with his accurate shots from distance, while defensively, he’s dependable enough to assist in regaining control of the ball. Another excellent choice indeed.

Should you go for the eFootball 2025 New Year Pack

All in all, this collection seems quite captivating, boasting seven exceptional players. Among them, three players truly shine, holding top positions in their respective fields. However, given that it’s a pack of 250 players, it promises to be a challenging one to conquer, particularly for free players or those with moderate spending habits.

From another perspective, your chances of drawing an Epic card from this pack are significantly higher than they typically are in a 150-player pack. My advice? Give it a try! With at least five promising starting players in this set, you could very well strike it rich and obtain the players you’ve been eagerly waiting for. And if you should pull Bale, Shevchenko, Baggio, or even Cole, remember that 2025 might just be kind to you, at least in the game world.
