Apart from the legendary managers, the maximum playstyle proficiency a common manager can have is 87 and the least is 50. However Legendary managers can have variable playstyle proficiency.

To achieve a Team Spirit score of 100, it’s crucial that players have the maximum level of familiarity. Moreover, strategically training your players according to the right tactics significantly contributes to a well-performing team.

This approach relies on maintaining control of the situation by keeping possession of the ‘ball’ (in this context, resources or tasks), making strategic movements off the ‘ball’ (taking actions that create space for others or rearrange responsibilities), and pushing the ‘ball’ upfield (advancing tasks or projects) to confuse opponents (other team members or competitors) and take advantage of any weaknesses in their defense (vulnerabilities in their work processes or strategies).

With the “Possession Game,” you’ll notice players huddled together, seeking the ball, and a gradual, methodical approach that aims to force the opposition into an error. To excel in this playstyle, it’s essential to have skillful dribblers and passers on your team. To make strategies more accessible for players, opt for tactics that you’re comfortable with. Select players whose skills complement your preferred style, such as choosing players with excellent ball control for a possession-based game strategy. This helps maintain ball control and recycling in congested areas effectively.

2. Field teams with adaptable managers

If you’re considering changing your strategy but feel unsure due to lack of experience, it’s a common question among players: “What if I try something new?” In this scenario, imagine a manager who is proficient in two distinct tactics, for example, Santos and Enrique. They can effectively use both Possession and Quick Counter tactics with enough expertise.

Train your team to be proficient in both Possession Game and Quick Counter strategies. While this might slightly decrease their stats, it will provide you with the flexibility to select tactics tailored to the type of opposition encountered.

3. Do play the same playstyle as the manager

Instead of frequently employing the Long Ball Counter strategy while possessing the ball, it’s beneficial to stick with your chosen tactic, as each one is designed with a specific purpose in mind.
