eFootball 2025 Epic National Attackers (Hazard, Insigne, Giroud) pack review

It appears that eFootball 2025 continues to unveil an abundance of attacking talent, and the focus now shifts towards the Country’s Top Strikers Extraordinary Pack. This new addition includes three top-tier forwards, each renowned for their skills on the international stage: Eden Hazard, Lorenzo Insigne, and Oliver Giroud.

This pack stands out distinctly in terms of character profiles, offering three diverse roles and playstyles, ensuring no overlap. We’re about to delve deep into an analysis of their key abilities and compare their performance on the field.

Epic cards from the National Attackers pack in eFootball 2025

As I unpack my latest card pack, I find myself facing off against 150 opponents, each holding three Epic cards in their deck. Interestingly enough, all three Epics I’ve drawn share the same ‘Show Time’ skillset. One of them is a standard Epic card.

Eden Hazard

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Hole Player
  • Showtime Skill:

Hazard is like a well-oiled machine when he takes to the field. He reminds us of the Hazard from his best days at Chelsea, with a low center of gravity, swift turns, rapid acceleration, and lethal footwork. His Acceleration Burst skill definitely comes in handy.

His ball control skills are top-notch, both during critical matches and in regular play. You’ll admire how gracefully he maneuvers around defenders using Double Touch and clever cutbacks, making him an absolute joy to watch. What’s more, he’s incredibly difficult to strip of the ball. His Physical Contact skill ranks exceptionally high, often without much effort, which is a significant advantage.

In the 90s, he’s equipped with essential skills, which means you can rely on him without worry. However, his endurance seemed a bit low in my observation, but it’s definitely manageable. The Hole Player playstyle makes him extraordinarily effective at SS, so consider building him around that style.

Lorenzo Insigne

  • Position: LWF
  • Playing Style: Prolific Winger
  • Showtime Skill:

As a gamer, I’ve got to say, Insigne’s card is just as you’d imagine – a slick, agile winger with mesmerizing ball control and top-notch dribbling stats. Back in the PES days, physicality wasn’t a major factor for me, but in this game, he might fall short in that aspect slightly.

Pass the ball to him and enjoy his dance moves. He performs exceptionally well when positioned wide on the left, allowing him to execute precise curling shots or swift one-twos close to the penalty area. He’s proficient at creating opportunities and delivering crosses, but the real excitement comes from setting him up in individual duels on the flanks.

However, it’s important to note the challenge lies in his physical abilities. He doesn’t have the strength to overpower defenders and is frequently checked back. His weak foot is a significant drawback, adding another layer of complexity to his playstyle. Yet, he excels as a dribbler’s dream, a masterful flair player.

Olivier Giroud

  • Position: CF
  • Playing Style: Target Man
  • Showtime Skill:

It’s not unexpected to see Giroud on the list as a Prominent Goal Scorer in Deep Positions, one of my preferred players due to the elegance of his scored goals, and also a player who excels at connecting plays, converting chances, and aerial attacks. He’s tall, robust, and performs exceptionally well when his back is towards the goal.

In a swift-moving game environment, this variant of Giroud proves surprisingly efficient, particularly when fed correctly. His finishing and heading skills are top-tier, with ratings in the 90s – globally competitive numbers. Additionally, his aerial and physical attributes fall within the upper echelons as well.

As a gamer, I’d say if you mix in the First Time Shot, One Touch Pass, and Super Sub abilities, you’ve got a versatile striker for a cross-focused or build-up game style. However, he might not suit everyone since he can be a bit sluggish when turning and not particularly swift. Still, he’s a solid choice for a striker card.

Best pick from the eFootball 2025 National Attackers pack

This set appears to be a valuable purchase primarily because of the standout card, Hazard, who boasts minimal weaknesses and excels as an offensive player. Insigne is acceptable, but Giroud is also a solid addition to this pack. If you have enough coins, I’d recommend giving it a go.
