Ed Sheeran has apparently expanded his real estate holdings, purchasing two more properties on the Suffolk coast.
The 34-year-old singer has built an impressive estate in Framlington, playfully nicknamed ‘Sheeranville.’ It features amenities like a pub, treehouse, swimming pool, an underground music studio, and a home cinema with a large 35ft by 20ft screen.
Ed is reportedly buying two properties in a nice coastal village because he’ll be spending a lot of time in the US soon. He plans to combine them into one large, luxurious home by the sea.
The celebrity, estimated to be worth £200 million, has been gradually buying land near his home in Suffolk, but this hasn’t been without issues, as he’s previously had disagreements with his neighbors.
The celebrity reportedly owns about 27 properties, such as apartments in Covent Garden and a charming cottage in Dungeness, Kent.
According to a source, Ed is renovating the two properties and combining them into a single, large home with at least five bedrooms.

According to a source, he plans to ensure the property fits in with the surrounding neighborhood and wants it to feel like a comfortable, seaside home.
The house will feature a large, open-plan living and dining space, and a spacious family kitchen at the rear. Some existing extensions are being taken down and rebuilt. It’s a lovely area, popular with young families, so Ed and his family should fit right in.
Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Ed Sheeran for comment.
Ed is becoming part of a group of celebrities – including Bill Nighy and Emma Freud – who own homes on the Suffolk coast.
Ed Sheeran recently expanded his country estate in Suffolk, nicknamed ‘Sheeranville,’ by purchasing a nearby farmhouse for £1 million. He plans to use the new property as a personal retreat.
He recently bought a property very close to Ed Sheeran’s estate and is currently renovating it to include a gym, bar, and bowling alley.
He purchased a historic farmhouse – a building of special architectural or historical interest – along with the surrounding land, and is renovating it as a second home. He plans to host gatherings there and use it as a creative space for working on new music.
The property has many barns that Ed is currently renovating. He’s already turned one into a recording studio.

According to a source, Ed Sheeran has transformed an old pig farm into an amazing recreation room. It now features a bar, a gym, a pool table, and – something he’s always dreamed of – a bowling alley.

The celebrity, with a fortune estimated at £200 million, has been gradually buying up land surrounding his Suffolk home. However, this hasn’t been without issues, as he’s previously had disagreements with his neighbors.
The singer, worth an estimated £70 million with a large collection of properties, has faced multiple lawsuits concerning property lines and disagreements with neighbors about expanding their land.
Even though Ed announced earlier this month that he was moving to America indefinitely, this is still happening.
He frequently travels internationally for work, but recently shared in a podcast that he plans to temporarily live in the United States with his family during his current tour.
I’ve been following Ed Sheeran for years, and it’s amazing to see his success! I recently read that he bought a huge, £9 million house in New York, which is incredible. But what really warms my heart is that he actually prefers spending most of his time back home in Suffolk with his wife, Cherry, and their two adorable daughters, Lyra and Jupiter. It’s lovely to see him prioritizing family life despite everything!
On the 2 Johnnies podcast, he announced he’s moving to America, jokingly adding that he feels like he’s the only one doing so.
I’ll be touring there for an extended period, and since I have a family, we need to fully relocate. We’re planning to move and establish a home there.
Ed did not specify where in the States he would be moving to.
He had previously mentioned the possibility of moving to the United States, explaining he was interested in pursuing a career in country music.
Ed said earlier this year: ‘When you transition to country, you can’t transition back.
I’ve always loved Nashville – it’s my dream city in the US, and I’m hoping to move there to pursue a career in country music.
Ed’s move overseas happens shortly after a controversy arose when he stated he felt ‘culturally Irish,’ even though he was born and grew up in England.
The singer-songwriter grew up in Suffolk, but his father, John, is from Belfast. As a result, he spent a lot of time in Ireland during his childhood.
On The Louis Theroux Podcast, Ed shared that he identifies with Irish culture, explaining it’s the culture he was raised with.
My dad comes from a large family – he has seven siblings. We used to spend every holiday visiting Ireland.
I grew up surrounded by traditional Irish music, so I strongly feel connected to my Irish heritage. However, I was born and raised in Britain.

The singer of ‘The Galway Girl’ also shared how proud he is of his Irish heritage, explaining that he doesn’t feel limited to identifying as British – it all comes down to personal identity.
He explained that he doesn’t dwell on things, but he’s very proud of his culture, which he was raised with and wants to share.
Just because I was born in Britain doesn’t automatically make me British. Many people I know are of mixed heritage – half this ethnicity, a quarter that ethnicity, and so on.
There aren’t really any set rules for this. It’s more about your personal feelings, how you grew up, and what feels right to you.
