In an exciting announcement, the creators at Untold Tales and Irox Games revealed that the humorous city-building game, EcoGnomix, is set to release on consoles this very month. This unique blend of city construction with turn-based roguelike tactics promises an engaging gaming experience.
EcoGnomix invites you to dispatch a band of expert gnomes on exploratory journeys through mystical caverns, tasked with amassing resources and provisions to grow the village above ground. As you venture further into the caves, you’ll cultivate your own ‘gnome utopia’, all while engaging in tactical turn-based conflicts against adversaries.
As you venture deeper into the cave, it grows progressively dangerous, with ferocious bats constantly nibbling at your valuable resources. Consequently, you’ll be faced with the challenge of determining when to retreat and when to stand your ground. Since each gnome possesses unique abilities, you’ll want to assemble your team thoughtfully.
EcoGnomix is set for release on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4 on the 25th of April, after its initial launch for Switch and PC in 2023.
