As I basked in the sun-drenched beauty of a luxurious vacation in Crete, I found myself feeling more vibrant and fit than ever before – a testament to my ongoing commitment to wellness and self-care.
As a die-hard fan, I can’t contain my excitement as the 41-year-old star, famously recognized for her character Sonia Fowler and her trumpet on EastEnders, decided to give us a sneak peek into her recent adventure through an Instagram post!
Natalie appeared stunning while relaxing in a green-and-cream two-piece swimsuit during the perfect, sunny summer vacation.
In a subsequent photo, the actress is captured relaxing in the pool with her fiance, Marc Humphreys, during some leisurely moments together.
During her bright vacation, she seemed exceptionally lively, posting a cheerful selfie donning sunglasses with a tint and a crisp white sundress.
In her post, Natalie seemed genuinely fond of Marc, often glancing adoringly at him as they relished an Aperol Spritz together.

In addition to her album, she wrote: “Crete: 10 days filled with precious family moments, enjoyable games of UNO, sparkling blue seas, delightful individuals, and mouthwatering cuisine.
I’m truly overflowing with love for all of you, and feeling incredibly grateful. This isn’t an advertisement, I promise! But I simply must express my heartfelt thanks to @_oliverstravels_ for the incredible villa and overall unforgettable experience during our break. They are definitely worth checking out for your next trip!
Natalie secured a fresh position at Virgin Radio, marking her anticipated departure from EastEnders following thirty years of service.
She’s played Sonia Fowler on the well-known BBC One soap opera for a staggering 32 years. Her debut on the show occurred in 1993 when she was merely ten years of age.
After announcing her permanent departure from Albert Square last year during the 40th anniversary celebration, she will say goodbye for good in January. Her farewell scenes are scheduled to air on this week’s episode of the show.
It appears she’s been skyrocketing in her post-EastEnders journey! Just yesterday, I found myself eagerly tuning into Instagram as she announced her venture into radio, set to host an Easter special of her very own.
In a message from the Virgin Radio studios, Natalie announced to her followers that she will be hosting an exclusive, one-time radio show on Easter Monday, starting at 1:00 PM and continuing until 4:00 PM.
She’s gained numerous admirers through her venture into podcasting, specifically hosting Off The Telly alongside Joanna Page, a well-known actress from Gavin & Stacey.

Before the performance, the daytime television actress shared that this year she intends to broaden her horizons and be bold, expressing gratitude for being given the chance, as she was deeply touched by it.
Natalie shared that she’s quite thrilled. This year, she aims to step out of her comfort zone and tackle courageous endeavors, and this is one such attempt.
I’m truly thrilled and deeply appreciative for being granted an opportunity at Virgin Radio. To be quite honest, I’ve long admired this station and have a deep-rooted passion for music as a whole.
It’s quite intimidating to step in and host my own show, but as they say, every beginning has its first step.
She mentioned, “I’d be thrilled to perform an Oasis song at my debut gig, even just one track, since they hold a special place in my heart. Amy Winehouse is also a great choice. As for a beloved karaoke tune within our family, it would undoubtedly be ‘Valerie.’
Dennie Morris, Audio Director at News Broadcasting, expressed delight in announcing that National Treasure Natalie Cassidy is joining Virgin Radio for a unique event. He’s thrilled because Natalie is a major supporter of our radio station.
A day before fans of EastEnders bid goodbye to the character Sonia, an exhilarating announcement has been made that her departure from Walford will unfold in the upcoming episode.
In simple terms, Terry Cant (played by Glen Davias) will come back to the Square for the purpose of inviting both her and her newborn child, Julia, to relocate with him to Bali.

Natalie debuted on EastEnders in 1993 and stayed with the series until 2007, taking brief hiatuses in 2010 and most recently.
She’s taken on roles outside Albert Square before, using her free time from the show to appear in stage productions such as The Vagina Monologues and Bedroom Farce.
In addition, Natalie Cassidy launched her own fitness DVD titled “Then and Now Workout” back in 2007, and she also participated in the show Celebrity Big Brother during 2012.
Upon sharing her plans to leave, she confessed that she felt deeply saddened by the decision and expressed that she would never forget her time with the show.
In a conversation with The Sun, she expressed that she was deeply saddened yet enthusiastic about the decision. Following eleven more years at The Square, she has chosen to venture into fresh opportunities.
Since EastEnders has become a part of me, I can’t ever forget where my career began. And rest assured, my affection for the show remains strong.
Chris Clenshaw, thank you for allowing me to play such a significant role in the 40th anniversary celebrations. It’s truly an honor. Farewell, Sonia, may you never be forgotten.
Although Sonia’s departure seemed final in March, there remains a chance that the writers could invite her back at some point in the future.

In a chat on Saturday Kitchen, Natalie expressed that her character wasn’t definitively removed from the show. She further mentioned her gratitude for the opportunity to potentially return, stating, “I’m deeply thankful that I might be back. You never know! But it’s also pleasant to give characters some downtime.
In conversation, Sonia mentioned, “I’ve been part of this soap opera since 1993. Generations have known me. It feels great to take a break for a while.
Rewritten: In reference to her eight-year hiatus from the show, she jokingly suggested, “Perhaps I’ll be back again after another eight years.
Additionally, she discussed living under public scrutiny, mentioning that notoriety wasn’t something she intentionally sought out, yet it became a regular part of her life following her casting as Sonia at age 10.
Natalie mentioned, “I’ve always been accustomed to this. I can’t recall a time when I wasn’t acknowledged or engaged in conversation – it’s just always been the norm.
