EA has unveiled that the latest edition, EA Sports FC 25, has just been awarded a new Premium Season Pass for its seventh season. This is the first time this series offers such a pass type. You can buy the Premium Pass using 1,000 FC Points (approximately $10), or alternatively, you can obtain it by accumulating 500,000 UT Coins within the game itself.
As stated by EA, the Season Seven Premium Pass for EA Sports FC 25 can be seen as an addition, not a replacement, to the standard Season Pass rewards. To some, this new Premium Pass seems like another method for EA to generate extra revenue from the already microtransaction-heavy game of FC 25.
According to EA’s Premium Pass announcement, the Premium Pass includes Tradeable Packs, Season Points Boosters, Player Items, Evolution Consumables, and Retro Cosmetic Evolutions. You can find a detailed breakdown of these features below. The regular Season Pass will continue in its current form.
FC 25 Premium Pass Content:
- Tradeable Packs
- For the first time, we’re including Tradeable Packs as part of Seasonal Rewards through the Premium Pass.
- SP (Season Points) Boosters
- Receive 10,000 SP at level 20 of the Premium Pass, unlocking up to 10 levels of the Premium and Standard Pass Seasonal ladder.
- Player Items
- TOTS Flashbacks.
- TOTS Honourable Mentions (based on 2024/25 performances).
- Evolution Consumables
- Earn Evolution Consumables that provide Role++ and Playstyle+ improvements
- In the Standard Ladder, the requirements for the Playstyle+ Evolutions will be: Max 94 OVR, Max 8 Playstyles, Max 3 Playstyle+.
- In the Premium Pass, the requirements for the Playstyle+ Evolutions will be: Max 95 OVR, Max 8 Playstyles, Max 3 Playstyle+.
- Earn Evolution Consumables that provide Role++ and Playstyle+ improvements
- Retro Cosmetic Evolutions
- Similar to the Cosmetic Evolutions introduced during FUT Birthday, we’ll be introducing more retro shell designs from Football Ultimate Team history and this time they’ll be TOTS themed.
