Eamonn Holmes fans flock to his support as GB News announces huge presenter shake-up
Supporters of Eamonn Holmes are rallying behind him following the significant changes in presenters at GB News that occurred last Friday.
65-year-old presenter has been a consistent figure on the morning breakfast show airing at 6am, taking charge of the program since January 2022.
At the moment, Ellie Costello co-hosts with Eamonn from Monday through Wednesday, but on Thursdays and Fridays, Anne Diamond and Stephen Dixon take over the hosting duties instead.
Now, it appears there’s been a collaboration, as he recently posted a photo on Instagram to announce his teaming up with Anne for the upcoming weekend breakfast shows.
Next to a picture of them both seated at the broadcast desk, Eamonn wrote: “We hadn’t collaborated on Breakfast Television before, but that has changed now.
Tomorrow and Sunday, Eamonn and Anne will begin their day on GB News between 6 and 9:30 AM. We hope you can tune in with us either on television or radio!

The change seemed to be well-received by fans, as one commented: ‘We’ve got two of the finest morning personalities to kickstart our day.’
As a devoted admirer, I’ve been following your journey since my twenties and here I am, in my sixties, still hooked! Back then, I joined GB News for the both of you, and I’m glad to say I never looked back. Here’s to many more years of being an engaged viewer!
I’m eagerly anticipating seeing the two of you together. You make a fantastic pair!” or simply, “Can’t wait to see the dynamic duo in action! It’s going to be great.
The switch up comes after his production firm racked up a huge six figure debt.
This recent setback hits the broadcaster particularly hard, as he’s faced multiple health challenges in recent years and recently divorced from Ruth Langsford.
His company is £22,850 in debt for 2024, according to Companies House, after a £18,000 surplus.
According to the records, Eamonn owes around £150,000 to various creditors, but he received a Corporation Tax refund of approximately £39,173.
Some of the presenter’s assets have been taken in account, which brings the total debt to £22,850.

Last month, Eamonn removed his wedding ring, over a year since his spilt from Ruth.
On the memorable day of May 25th, 2024, I, a devoted fan, was taken aback when my beloved TV duo announced, in a joint statement, the conclusion of their 14-year union that had captivated us all.
Despite starting a fresh relationship with Katie Alexander, Eamonn still wears his wedding ring on that finger.
During the latest episode of GB News, his co-host Ellie and he were on air together, but it seemed that he wasn’t wearing his ring on that occasion.
During the broadcast, the presenter chose to go without jewelry; however, it’s known that Eamonn sometimes takes off his ring.
