‘EA SPORTS F1 25’ is Out Now
The newest addition to the EA SPORTS F1 series, titled EA SPORTS F1 25, has made its debut on the virtual racetrack! This highly-anticipated video game is now available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It’s set to offer an unprecedentedly realistic racing experience within the franchise.
The beloved narrative mode, Braking Point, is back for its third installment! This time around, it features an unexpected collaboration with Apple Original Films’ F1 THE MOVIE, allowing players to experience the thrill of racing for a fictional team, APXGP, in a special playable prologue chapter. The creators hint that more story elements will be unveiled gradually, starting from June 30th.
This year’s Braking Point offers multiple character viewpoints over two full seasons, immersing players in a broad range of experiences, including the thrills and challenges, along with the political aspects, when competing for the championship from various positions. EA has also updated the My Team mode, now called My Team 2.0, which gives players the opportunity to assume the role of team owner and construct an F1 operation from the ground up – managing everything from the team’s engineering department to its personnel. Players can effortlessly switch between management and driving modes to suit their convenience.
As a dedicated gamer, I can tell you that the authenticity of the latest game title has been significantly boosted by Codemasters. They’ve used cutting-edge technology, LIDAR scanning, to replicate six real-life tracks – Silverstone, Bahrain, Miami, Melbourne, Suzuka, and Imola. These digital tracks were captured during live race weekends, making the gaming experience incredibly immersive. This means that racing these tracks in the game feels as close as it gets to the real thing, providing fans with a one-of-a-kind perspective unmatched by other games.
To mark the event’s debut, racing champion Lewis Hamilton and soccer sensation Kylian Mbappé are teaming up in an exciting competition dubbed as “a sprint challenge before the Spanish Grand Prix.” Don’t forget to watch the video above!
