Dying Light Celebrates 10 Years With New Events and Confirmation of ‘Multiple Unannounced Projects’

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that Techland is commemorating a decade since the debut of the groundbreaking game, Dying Light, and reaching an astounding 45 million players across the series! In addition to the upcoming release of Dying Light: The Beast this summer, they’ve hinted at several unannounced projects that will continue to expand the universe I adore.

So far, gamers have amassed over 75 billion undead foes in the “Dying Light” series, spanning across more than a billion hours of gameplay. Starting now, players can claim a free bundle for “Dying Light”, and popular events will return. Additionally, rewards from the original game will show up in “Dying Light 2: Stay Human”, obtainable through tasks at the Pilgrim Outpost.

Both games are set to get free enhancements and special events. The updates are aimed at enhancing the visual aspects, as well as offering a revamped soundtrack that includes fresh tunes by composer Pawel Blaszczak. In addition, Dying Light 2 will see alterations to its prologue, and the long-awaited co-op roguelite mode, Tower Raid, will officially become available.

For the 10th anniversary of Dying Light, new board games, merchandise, a unique webcomic series, and additional content are all in the works. Check out the trailers and roadmap images below for more information on what’s to come.
